Archaeologists studying an enigmatic stone structure in the Saudi Arabian desert have turned up evidence of a Neolithic cultic belief Signs of the Times

More than 260 fragments of animal bones have been found at the monument. The excavation of an enigmatic stone monument in AIUIa in Saudi Arabia is offering fresh insight into the rituals and culture of Neolithic-era peoples. Called a "mustatil," the structure is one of about 1,600 such rectangular monuments that have been recorded across northern Arabia. As part of a five-year project by the University of Western Australia and the Royal Commission for AlUla, researchers are studying one particular mustatil, dating back 7,000 years, with large slabs of sandstone encircling a long inner courtyard. Within the 140-meter (460-foot) long complex, archaeologists identified 260 fragments of animal remains, namely the skulls, horns, and teeth of domestic cattle such as goats and gazelles.

The Israel-Palestine Conflict: How the Palestinian Resistance Is Changing the Equation MintPress News

When Israel launched a war against the Gaza Strip in August 2022, it declared that its target was the Islamic Jihad only. Indeed, neither Hamas nor the other Gaza-based groups engaged directly in the fighting. Nevertheless, the war then raised more questions than answers.

Israel rarely distinguishes between one Palestinian group and another. For Tel Aviv, any Palestinian Resistance is a form of terrorism or, at best, incitement. Targeting one group and excluding other supposedly terrorist groups exposes a degree of Israeli fear in fighting all Palestinian factions in Gaza all at once.

For Israel, wars in Gaza have proved progressively harder with time. For example, Israels so-called Protective Edge in 2014 was very costly in terms of losing lives among the invading troops. In May 2021, the so-called Breaking Dawn was an even bigger flop. That war unified the Palestinians and served as a strategic blow to Israel without considerably advancing Israeli military interests.

Though the Gaza groups provided the Islamic Jihad with logistical support in August 2022, they refrained from directly engaging in the fight. For some Palestinians, this was unexpected and was interpreted by some as indicative of weakness, disunity, and even political opportunism.

Nearly a year later, another war loomed following the release of harrowing footage of Israeli police senselessly beating up peaceful Palestinian worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque on the 14th day of the holy month of Ramadan. Again, like in May 2021, Palestinians rose in unison. This time, resistance groups in Gaza and, eventually, Lebanon and Syria fired rockets at Israel first.

Though Israel hit back at various targets, it is evident that Tel Aviv was disinterested in a multi-front war with Palestinians to avoid a repeat of the 2021 fiasco.

The violent and repeated Israeli military raids at Al Aqsa and limited, though deadly, attacks on Jenin, Nablus, and other parts of the West Bank were meant to achieve political capital for the embattled government of Benjamin Netanyahu. But this strategy could only succeed i...

Sen Ron Johnson sounds alarm on 'jaw-dropping' Biden family bank records Signs of the Times

Ron Johnson says his report 'ignored' by media because they are 'advocates' for the left Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson is sounding the alarm over the Biden family's "revealing" bank records, arguing that the media "completely ignored" his 2020 report on the "grifting" family. SEN. RON JOHNSON: Let's face it, Sen. Grassley and I pretty well laid out the case against the grifting Biden family back in September of 2020 before the election. Our report was completely ignored by the media, just as they ignored the Hunter Biden laptop because they're advocates for the left themselves. And so what we're finding out now is just new pieces of evidence of the grifts that the Biden family have been involved with - the bank records that basically confirm what the Treasury records showed from Sen. Grassley's and my report.

Pentagon says US military drone spotted UFO over Middle East Signs of the Times

A Senate hearing on the Pentagon's 'Anomaly Resolution Office' that tracks UFOs featured testimony that most of the hundreds of cases being reviewed are based on 'readily explainable' phenomena - while revealing footage of a mysterious flying orb that is still 'unresolved.' Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick of DOD's All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office told the Senate Armed Services Committee that hundreds of sightings of spherical or oddly shaped objects spotted by military pilots remain under review. 'I should also state clearly for the record that in our research AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology or objects that defy the known laws of physics,' Kirkpatrick told the panel. The rare hearing, the first since last year's pathbreaking public event and the first since the Chinese spy balloon that crossed the country early this year, included an accounting of the cases the new office is analyzing.

Lee Camp: You Wont Believe Who Got The Richest From The Afghanistan War MintPress News

The war in Afghanistan, one of the longest conflicts in U.S. history, was marked by extensive waste, fraud, and corruption, resulting in trillions of dollars being spent by American taxpayers.

The war was ostensibly launched to eliminate the threat posed by the Taliban and to find and capture Osama bin Laden, the purported mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks. While bin Laden was eventually found and killed in Pakistan, the war continued for two decades, and the U.S. government, in conjunction with its allies, spent trillions of dollars on military equipment, infrastructure, and personnel.

But not everyone has suffered from the war. According to the U.S. governments own reports, certain private military contractors and other companies made significant profits from the conflict. Some of these companies were contracted to provide various services to the military, such as transportation, security, and construction. The governments reliance on these contractors for their services led to them receiving billions of dollars in payments.

Reports suggest that high-ranking officials in the Afghan government and military also benefited from the conflict. Corruption became widespread, and funds earmarked for military and infrastructure development were often siphoned off by officials. This behavior did not go unnoticed by the Afghan people, already suffering from a lack of basic services and economic stability.

The poorly planned recent withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan has further complicated the situation. The Taliban has regained control of the country, and it remains unclear what will happen to the billions of dollars in military equipment and infrastructure left behind by the U.S. government. Additionally, there are concerns that the Talibans resurgence may result in an increase in violence and a decrease in the countrys stability.

Atlanta Police and Georgia State Patrol Are Guilty of Murder : The Evidence and the Motive CrimethInc.

In Atlanta, police seeking to secure the construction of a massive training facility known as Cop City have escalated dramatically since December, murdering one activist and charging 42 more with domestic terrorism. In the three months since the killing of Tortuguita, the authorities have delayed the release of evidence that contradicts their narrative, hoping to destroy the forest before a public reckoning can take placeso that by the time the truth comes out, Cop City and the future it is intended to impose will be a fait accompli.

Here, we use the autopsy of the Dekalb County Medical Examiner to debunk the police narrative about the events of January 18 and explore what the police stand to gain from lying to us.

The Evidence

On April 19, fully three months after the police murdered Manuel Paez Teranknown in Weelaunee forest as Tortuguitathe Dekalb County Medical Examiner finally released the results of the autopsy conducted at 8 am on the morning of January 19. At last, it is plain for all to see how little evidence there is that Tortuguita shot at the officers, despite the allegations of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

According to the Dekalb County autopsy,

The fingernails are closely trimmed and intact. Gunpowder residue is not seen on the hands. A GSR kit [gunshot residue kit] is performed.

Gunshot residue tests are held to be reliable indicators of whether a person has fired a gun, scientifically and legally speaking. Gunshot residue can wear off over a period of four to six hours, but as mentioned in the autopsy, Tortuguitas hands were bagged shortly after the murder, in order that if there was any gunshot residue on their hands, it would be preserved. According to the Investigator Narrative included in the autopsy, the official who prepared that narrative reported to the scene of the murder within two a half hours and covered the hands with white handbags to preserve any trace evidence.

We can be sure that Atlanta authorities missed no opportunity to secure and publicize any evidence that could corroborate their narrative that Tortuguita shot first. Instead, because the autopsy showed that Tortuguita did not fire a gun at all, the results of the Dekalb County autopsy were suppressed for months.

Is it possible that Tortuguita somehow fired a gun while wearing...

Project Icebreaker: The beginning of a one world digital currency system? Signs of the Times

There has been extensive discussion in the past couple of years within alternative media circles about the dangers of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs); a currency framework very similar to blockchain based products like Bitcoin but directly controlled by central bankers. It's a threat that some analysts including myself have been writing about for more than a decade, so it's good to finally see the issue being addressed more in the mainstream. The Orwellian nature of CBDCs cannot be overstated. In a cashless society most people would be dependent on digital products for exchanging goods and labor, and this would of course mean the end of all privacy in trade. Everything you buy or sell or work for in your life would be recorded, and this lack of anonymity could be used to stifle your freedoms in the future. For example, say you like to eat steak regularly, but the increasingly authoritarian government decides to list red meat as a health risk and a "climate change risk" due...

Whither Multipolarity in a Changing World Order Dissident Voice

The Italian political theorist Antonio Gramsci presciently observed: The crisis consists precisely in the fact that the old is dying and the new cannot be born; in this interregnum a great variety of morbid symptoms appear.

This period that we live in is arguably shaped by three elements: two moribund (the implosion of the USSR and the centrality of US imperialism) and one vital (the promise of multipolarity). The camp associated with the US is consolidating at the same time that a countervailing multipolar tendency is emerging. Major changes are reshaping the world order, I contend, but the outcome is not yet clear.

While factors such as the status of US dollar dominance are important, the deeper issue is the condition of the popular classes and the strength of their institutions, which need to be the measure for determining which way the geopolitical winds are blowing.

Moribund symptoms of the interregnum

The first symptom is the implosion of the Soviet Union and with it the dissolution of the socialist bloc. Although occurring over 30 years ago, the long-term consequences may not be sufficiently appreciated in current leftist analyses. Contributing to this oversight is an underlying anti-communist bias which, contrary to all historical evidence, associates capitalism with democracy and self-actualization.

China has emerged as a world power and even as a possible contender to US hegemony. But China has also become thoroughly integrated into the international capitalist market. In the absence of a socialist bloc, countries striving for socialist development e.g., Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Belarus, Peoples Republic of Korea, Eritrea, Laos, etc. must also struggle in this market. There they are vulnerable to economic warfare designed to overthrow their political leadership.

Chinese initiatives such as the Belt and Road offer trade and a vital life support to countries like Cuba. But the Chinese initiatives do not rise to the level of the socialist solidarity of the former USSR, which enabled countries like resource-poor Cuba in that former time to achieve first world standards in, for example, health care and education.

The second symptom is the US as the sole imperialist superpower. No other nation comes close to its military, economic, political, and even cultural domination. Understanding the centrality of US imperialism, I contend, is essential to comprehending the interregnum.

Yes, we live in what Lenin called the age of imperialism and all powers have some elements of imperialism. But the contemporary political terrain is not primarily characterized as one of multiple rival imperialisms comparable to the run-up to World War I. Then, Lenin argued, the workers of the world had no stake in which imperial power prevailed.

Today, for instance, the working class has a...

Hunger Profiteers, Granny Killers, and Skin-Deep Morality Dissident Voice

Today, a fifth (278 million) of the African population are undernourished, and 55 million of that continents children under the age of five are stunted due to severe malnutrition.

In 2021, an Oxfam review of IMF COVID-19 loans showed that 33 African countries were encouraged to pursue austerity policies. Oxfam and Development Finance International also revealed that 43 out of 55 African Union member states face public expenditure cuts totalling $183 billion over the next few years.

As a result, almost three-quarters of Africas governments have reduced their agricultural budgets since 2019, and more than 20 million people have been pushed into severe hunger. In addition, the worlds poorest countries were due to pay $43 billion in debt repayments in 2022, which could otherwise cover the costs of their food imports.

Last year, Oxfam International Executive Director Gabriela Bucher stated that there was a terrifying prospect that in excess of a quarter of a billion more people would fall into extreme levels of poverty in 2022 alone. That year, food inflation rose by double digits...

Libelled by the Bot: Reputation, Defamation, and AI Dissident Voice

Cometh the new platform, cometh new actions in law, the fragile litigant ever ready to dash off a writ to those with (preferably) deep pockets. And so, it transpires that artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, for all the genius behind their creation, are up for legal scrutiny and judicial redress. Certainly, some private citizens are getting rather ticked off about what such bots as ChatGPT are generating about them.

Some of this is indulgent, narcissistic craving you deserve what you get if you plug your name into an AI generator, hoping for sweet things to be said about you. Things get even comical when the search platform is itself riddled with inaccuracies.

One recent example stirring interest in the Digital Kingdom is a threatened legal suit against the OpenAI chatbot. Brian Hood, Mayor of Hepburn Shire Council in the Australian state of Victoria, was alerted to inaccurate accusations about bribery regarding a case that took place between 1999 and 2004. It involved Note Printing Australia, an entity of the Reserve Bank of Australia. Hood had worked at Note Printing Australia and blew the whistle on bribes being made to foreign authorities. He was never charged with the crime itself. However, answers generated by ChatGPT suggested otherwise, including the claim that Hood was found guilty of the said bribery allegations.

In a statement provided to Ars Technica by Gordon Legal, the firm representing Hood, more details are given. Among several false statements returned by the AI bot are claims that Hood was accused of bribing officials in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam between 1999 and 2005, that he was sentenced to 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of false accounting under the Corporations Act in 2012, and that he authorised payments to a Malaysian arms dealer acting as a middleman to secure a contract with the Malaysian Government.

James Naughton, a partner at Gordon Legal, is representing Hood. Hes an elected official, his reputation is central to his role, stated the lawyer. It would potentially be a landmark moment in the sense that its applying this defamation law to a new area of artificial intelligence and publication in the IT space.

In March, Hoods legal representatives wrote a letter of concern to OpenAI, demanding that they amend the outlined errors within 28 days, threatening a defamation action against the company in the event they refused to do so.

The question here is whether ChatGPTs supposedly defamatory imputations might fall within the realm of liability. The bo...

The Latest NYTs Hit Piece on China Is from Thomas Friedman Dissident Voice

Thanks to Thomas Friedmans relentless service as a mouthpiece for US empire and capital, hes permitted to continuously churn out his pseudo-thought piece every week.

Belen Fernandez, The Imperial Messenger: Thomas Friedman at Work

Thomas Friedman, a self-professed liberal, is the New York Times most widely read columnist and its most influential flak for corporate interests at home and abroad. He exhibits all the self-assumed hubris of American elites.

Friedmans latest piece is America, China and a Crisis of Trust (NY Times 4/14/23). Wading through his vacuous, self-serving prose, smug certainties, side-tracking anecdotes and off-putting verbosity is a chore but in essence, here is his message boiled down to a few sentences:

Deng Xiaoping turned the naturally capitalist (a bizarre assertion)  China away from Mao around 1978-79 when he opened the country to foreign investment and ownership. But after Xi Jinping became president, the role of the Communist Party was reconstituted and China undertook the next stage adopting a hybrid system emphasizing state-directed investment, especially toward small and medium size domestic companies. According to Friedman, because of this U-turn,and moving away from our shared values, (again, bizarre) China gradually lost the trust of the United States, hence the escalating crisis in Sino-U.S. relations. Thus, unless Beijing makes a major course correction, China will never realize its potential. In Friedmans words, China has failed both the world and their own innovators at precisely the wrong time.

Friedmans ideological blinders prevent him from seeing Dengs period as a necessary and much misunderstood capital accumulation stage on the countrys road to socialism with Chinese characteristics, a step toward achieving Maos dream of common prosperity that dates back to the early 1950s. Xi reprioritized socialism, began rooting out corruption, declared that the new era is now underway and pledged that by 2035 solid progress will be evident.

Of course, what really vexes Friedman and those of his ilk is that China has chosen a path to development thats not on Washingtons approved list. It follows that the US ruling class will continue to make every effort to prevent this 21st century threat of good example from coming to fruition. Because of this, the essential conflict is not about trust but the fundamental one between capitalism and socialism.

Its tempting to suggest that Friedman is simply being disingenuous but that would be wrong. Like many other members of the elite class that Friedman represents, he actually believes all this silliness and has been peddling on the op/ed pages of the Times since 1995. And theres no question that for a certain segment of the population Friedman continues as an effective propaganda tool for the U.S. national security state. Glancing at the hundreds of...

Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Public Hearing In Full April 19, 2023 The Black Vault

Kirsten Gillibrand  00:12

Hearing will come to order. Id first like to thank our witness, Dr. Shawn Kirkpatrick for testifying here and in todays earlier closed session, and for as long and distinguished career, both in the intelligence community and in the department defense, Dr. Kirkpatrick is the director of the all domain anomaly resolution office or arrow, Congress established this office in law to get to the bottom of the very serious problem of unidentified anomalous phenomenon or UAP. Dr. Kirkpatrick has a very difficult mission. While we have made progress, there remains a stigma attached to these phenomenon. There is a vast and complex citizen engagement. And theres also very challenging scientific and technical hurdles. So we appreciate the willingness of Dr. Kirkpatrick to lean in on this issue and the work that he has accomplished thus far. And we look forward to both his opening statement and his presentation of examples of the work arrow has done in late 2017. Media reports surfaced about activity set in motion. By the late long serving Majority Leader, Senator Harry Reid more than a decade ago, we learned that there was strong evidence of advanced technology reflected in the features and performance characteristics of many objects observed by our highly highly trained service members operating top of the line military equipment. We learned that for at least the past eight years, military pilots frequently encountered or unknown objects in controlled airspace off both the east and west coast across the continental United States. In test and training areas and ranges. We dont know where they are, they come from who made them or how they operate. As former Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist observed had any of these objects had the label made in China, there will be an uproar in the government and media, there would be no stone unturned and no efforts spare to find out what we were dealing with. We can look at the recent incursion of the unidentified PRC high altitude balloon for as an example, because EPA because of the UFO stigma, the response has been irresponsibly anemic and slow. Congress established arrow we made it clear that we expect vigorous action we added very substantial initial funding for the office. But despite our best efforts, the Presidents budget for fiscal was 23 and 24, r...

Canadian 'experts' claim capitalism, white supremacy to blame for climate change Signs of the Times

On Monday, the Public Health Agency of Canada released a report on climate change and its impact on Canadians' wellbeing. The document centred around interviews with numerous "key public health experts," each of whom tied environmental issues to their particular cause du jour. The report alleged that white supremacy, capitalism, colonialism, and racism were all "systemic drivers of negative health outcomes and climate change," and therefore the only way forward is via a plan focused on "decolonizing, justice, and equity." The report begins with the authors, Isaac White, Jennifer Otoadese, and self-identified "white settler scholar" Dr. Heather Castleden, stating that, "we acknowledge that we are uninvited land occupiers who by virtue of our identities contribute to the multiple manifestations of settler colonialism in our society."

Steiner & the Blood Demons Waking Times

Jason Heppenstall, New Dawn
Waking Times

Is the human race under spiritual attack? And did the esoteric philosopher and clairvoyant Rudolf Steiner warn about it over a century ago when he said a vaccine would be the delivery system for the defeat of humanity?

For many, the overly-authoritarian response by governments worldwide to COVID-19 pointed to some deeper, more sinister driving force. But it hasnt just been the governments that seemed to be acting strange. Over the last two years, weve witnessed people across a broad spectrum of society meekly submit to draconian attacks on their freedoms, many even fiercely defending the assault. In the same way, weve seen politicians and parties who once ran on platforms of personal freedom and economic autonomy almost overnight turn into overbearing control freaks, intent on micromanaging every aspect of our lives. How has this happened?

Recently, the term mass formation psychosis has been on everybodys lips. Its defined as a psychological phenomenon whereby a mass of people voluntarily go through a process of deindividuation, and a herd mentality forms. Due to their contagious nature, the thoughtforms affecting these deindividuated people, catalysed by the positive feedback loops of news programmes, social media and peer interaction, spread like wildfire throughout the population. In the past, this used to be called mob psychology, or more plainly, the madness of crowds.

Psychology: from Science to the Occult

Someone for whom the events of the past couple of years would not have been so surprising was the Austrian esoteric philosopher and mystic Rudolf Steiner, who died almost a century ago. Throughout his life, Steiner wrote numerous books and delivered thousands of lectures on his theories, contributing greatly to diverse spheres from architecture to education and agriculture to beekeeping. His highly unique and sometimes controversial insights and methods led to the founding of the spiritual movement known as Anthroposophy, which emphasises the existence of a boundless potential for human beings.

Unlike some esoteric thinkers, Steiner saw the great importance of materialistic science but argued that it was vital to see it as only a single aspect of reality which should ideally be combined with what he called spiritual science gained by mystical experience in order to present the full picture. After all, breakthroughs often occur when scientists receive insights from beyond the material realm, as in the famous case of James Watson, credited with the discovery of the double heli...

Biden to punish good-credit homebuyers to subsidize high-risk mortgages Signs of the Times

A new rule from the Biden administration will force homebuyers with good credit scores to pay higher mortgage rates in order to subsidize loans to those with riskier borrowing profiles, the Washington Times reports. The fee, which will apply to those buying or refinancing houses after May 1, will affect homebuyers with credit scores of 680 or higher, will amount to roughly $40 per month on a home loan of $400,000, or nearly $500 per year. Homebuyers who make down payments of 15% - 20% will be hit with the largest fees. According to those in the industry, the changes will frustrate homebuyers with high credit scores, as well as those looking to refinance, as they're being punished for having strong financial positions.

Sun Protection What to Know About Skin Safety The Event Chronicle

Sun protection has been a topic of conversation for generations. Everyone knows that the sun, although mood-boosting, and offering some health benefits too, can really do some damage. The saying fun in the sun isnt so fun when considering the detriments of too much sun exposure including serious diagnoses like skin cancer. Read the following useful information about sun protection and what to know about how to stay safe in the sun.

Is Sunshine Healthy?

Source: usatoday.com

The answer to this question is a million times YES! The sun offers health benefits like boosting our levels of vitamin D which leads to a healthier immune system. The sun also aids in amping up our mood and making us feel happier. Everyone can agree on that. There are many benefits to soaking up the sun but as with anything in life, moderation is key.

The Bad Part

The bad part about staying out in the sun too long is that the sun gives off ultraviolet rays. These are called UV rays for short. These rays are extremely powerful and contain skin-damaging effects. When exposed to the strength of UV rays for too long, your skin will suffer. Sun damage comes in the form of burnt skin, blisters, fine lines, and wrinkles, and sometimes more serious consequences such as skin cancer.

Yet another attempt to hide the inconvenient climate data Signs of the Times

The newly-released 2022 Disasters in numbers report from CRED (Centre for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters) is even more dishonest than its 2021 report, claims retired Associate Professor of Physics Dr. Ralph Alexander. The most egregious statements are said to involve the death toll from weather-related disasters. According to CRED's own emergency events database EM-DAT, mortality is 98% lower today than a century earlier. But a "more careful examination" of mortality statistics is said to indicate this percentage may be misleading. "Misinterpreting statistics could be harmful if it supports a discourse minimising the importance of climate change," it notes. The massive 98% fall over 100 years in weather-related disaster deaths - widely quoted, but inconvenient in promoting climate fears - is shown in figure A below.

Florida officially limits gender, sexual orientation instruction in all school grades Signs of the Times

The State Board of Education on Wednesday voted to bar Florida middle school and high school teachers from "intentionally" teaching students about sexual orientation or gender identity, unless the lessons are part of a reproductive health course or are "expressly required" by the state's academic standards. Education Commissioner Manny Diaz, the head of the Florida Department of Education, said the rule is meant to "provide clarity" to teachers about what they can and cannot teach on those topics.

Climate change scandal in Australia heating up Signs of the Times

Further significant doubts have been cast on the accuracy of global surface temperature results following the discovery that electronic thermometers in Australia have read up to 0.7C higher than traditional mercury glass units. The Australian dataset is a major component of global compilations since it provides an important guide to one of the largest land masses in the southern hemisphere. After many years of trying, local freedom of information requests from scientists have forced the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) to release comparative information from the two measuring devices around Brisbane airport. It shows that automatic readings are higher 41% of the time, compared with 32% when the temperatures were the same. Electronic temperatures devices have been in general use in Australia since 1995. The guidance of the World Meteorological Organisation suggests averaging temperatures over a minute to remove corruptions caused by temporary effects such as a sudden gust of...

3 things to consider with generative AI Fast Company

Before implementing generative AI, ensure that the right structures, processes, and expertise are in place.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is by no means brand-new. Scientists have been transfixed by the concept of artificially intelligent machines for at least a hundred years. Yet, the mainstream conversations around this set of technologies make it seem like the rapid advances in AI capabilities came out of nowhere. Thats certainly not the case. The newfound attention is because theres heightened focus around a specific, groundbreaking form of AI: generative AI, which can produce various types of content like text, imagery, audio, and synthetic data.

How to Locate Reliable Pet Insurance

When searching for a proper insurance agent, it is quite a challenging process. Just like it is with other businesses, there are many dog insurance agencies and types to select from. However, you need to know more about insurance companies and agents are not the same. Therefore, a lot of attention is required when choosing an insurance agent that is suitable for you. To help you find a good insurance agent, there are multiple steps that you can take. The first step you should take is to contact and speak directly to your prospective agent.

To meet and discuss your needs and expectations, book an interview with the agents. To help you find a suitable insurance agent, there is no better way than having a one on one conversation now! An insurance agent that is right for you is the one that is keen to listen and inquire more about your needs. However, it might be time to find a new insurance agent if the one you are talking to is only pushing for unwanted plans and policies. If you find the advice given by a particular agent uncomfortable, you can also view here for more to get details about the agency.

Do not make the mistake of paying for an agent who is hard to get along with. When looking for the proper insurance agent, you also need to discover more and observe how quickly they respond to your needs. You probably need to find another agent if the one you are talking to does not seem interested to listen or respond to your wants. Also you should not settle for an agent who keeps on pushing you to purchase more coverage even after they are already aware of your needs. It is, however, common for good agents to sometimes provide more coverage or different policy options.

It is good to find out if you can be offered with all the different types of systems that you may want by your prospective insurance agent. If, for example, you need health, auto, and homeowners insurance, it will not make any sense if you find a suitable insurance agent that only offers one of them. The other thing you need to consider is the period that the company has been into the business of selling insurance. You should not expect perfect services in case you are the first customer to that agent. On the other hand, ensure these agents have been into business for long, you can expect to get high-quality services, knowledge, and experience.

Budweiser Goes into Scoundrel Mode Terra Forming Terra

This is of course hilarious.  Sooner or later, the CEO will be giving us a demonstration of public groveling.

folks who are trapped mentally into the land of woke likely cannot grasp just how outside commonly held belief systems they are.  All perversions are called perversions because they are not ever biologically sanctioned and are in fact are strongly counter indicated.

Worse than that, a normal autonomic nervous system response for normal males is to instinctually beat the shit out of the individual displaying the perversion.  All perversions are thus under real threat of MOB suppression.

Folks, we need to tell these in danger.  Just understanding that can allow them to live their lives circumspectly.  We have proven we can live with homosexuality but actually little else and the public is quickly getting tired of all the bizarre posturing.

IPCC adjusts temperature data to create the impression of catastrophic global warming Terra Forming Terra

I queried the whole heat island problem when i first started writing on this subject over fifteen years ago.  Turns out you can separate rural data from urban data and guess what?  there is a significant difference.

The good news is that the rural data conforms to the big picture which also controls for solar variability.  That might matter.

We are in a warming period but not exceptional and surely refects the ongoing rebound from what we call the Little Ice Age toward the Medeval maxima.  That maxima opened the Northwest passage somewhat like today.  It was just more robust.

Again we appear to be shifting between the minus one degree to the plus one degree which has held during the whole Holocene.  The fact remains it is nothing to worry about and presently welcome as it has modestly expanded agriculture.

And yes, unnamed crooks are dicking with the data and telling lies.  THe association with co2 is nonsense and in fact we may well need to increase our CO2 to meet geolgical standards.  They also ignored the geological picture.  The whole point was to harness the weather for political purposes, if you can blieve that.  It is why they switched from GLOBAL WARMING to CLIMATE CHANGE in their talking points.

Data can now be processed at the speed of light Terra Forming Terra

This is huge of course and we are bumping up against the final limits of Moore.s Law.  Yet this certainly made the Holodec much closer.  I still recall the problem we had with processor heat in all those old computers.  slowly but surely we are trending down there as well.

It took us seventy years to get to this point folks and it was an asspiration even in the beginning.  That is the power of directed research.  Just expect it to take years ,and yes the Holodec is much closer than imagined.

Our whole public today accepts the impossible by sunday, and miracles next week.  We are now so spoiled.  Telling folks any of this was possible fifty years ago was always impossible..

The entire western financial system has a fatal flaw that will spell its undoing Terra Forming Terra

Not quite true of course, although the real flaw is in managing it all and avoiding the temtation of giantism.  The reality is that management must be overhauled and my first choice is to send the whole apparatus down to the natural community level, the Rule of Twelve and allowing surpluses to be used to buy parts of larger debt.

this also allws the current structure to remain in place while all this vrolls out globally while maintaining strong limits on the multiple for the large banks. There will thhen be a steady shift from this local base into the larger lending market.

After all, you cannot lend out all your available credit internally, but the surpus can buy even government notes.

Yes we have a problem and it needs to be fixed the way i just described.  Othgerwise we weill have panics that shut of lending once in a while.  understand that every morning, a banker wakes up to discover he has to buy loans today.  Everyday, so quitting is not really an option.

5th-gen warfare, part 3 Signs of the Times

What a bizarre world we are living in. The Epoch Times has recently published an article based on whistleblower evidence that the United States Government, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has used it's congressionally-approved non-profit (called the CDC Foundation) to contract with at least one company to perform cyberstalking and gang stalking attacks on licensed physicians accused of spreading misinformation about COVID public health policies including genetic vaccines. You can read the full Epoch times article here. Frankly, I think that the editors of the Epoch Times buried the lede on this one. This is a far larger story of government malfeasance than the relatively benign headline seems to indicate. Of course corporate media has completely overlooked <eg. buried> the story. This is yet more evidence of the US Government deploying Fifth Generation (cyber)Warfare/PsyOps/Propaganda technologies on its citizens, in this specific case against US Licensed...

The $5 Covid-19 treatment that could have helped save thousands of lives Signs of the Times

If the authorities had heeded advice from those with the most profound knowledge of the mechanics of COVID-19, the pandemic could have been handled more adeptly, according to an immunologist, one of perhaps a few hundred in the world with that specific expertise. Instead, he said, his and others' voices were silenced. Shortly after news of the SARS-CoV-2 virus emerged in Wuhan, China, in early 2020, Vojtech Thon, clinical immunologist and professor at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic, started examining tissue samples of infected patients. His goal wasn't just to understand how the virus infects people but mainly to see the immune response dynamics that would protect a person. He focused on the mucosal system in the nose, mouth, and lungs his area of expertise. His findings were striking and ran counter to many of the public health narratives heard worldwide. He concluded that: 1) Early treatment was possible, available, and critical. 2) Pandemic mitigation measures were...

Russian Spies Infiltrate Tinder Armstrong Economics

Do your passions include walks on the beach, traveling, and Wilhelms tank coordinates? Germany is warning both soldiers and politicians to be wary of Russian spies who are using dating apps, namely Tinder, to gather intel. Germanys Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD) told the newspaper Welt am Sonntag that members of other intelligence services (e.g. Russia) use social media to specifically establish contacts with members of the Bundeswehr.

Germanys Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution said Russian spy efforts are on par with the Cold War. However, trained young spies are looking to meet all of the men from unfriendly nations. Before the war began, Australias counter-espionage agency ASIO reported that spies from foreign nations were on popular dating apps such as Tinder, Hinge, and Bumble. ASIO director-general Mike Burgess claimed that spies were attempting to interfere in Australias election and said that spying efforts began at the start of the pandemic. ASIO is also tracking suspicious approaches on dating platforms such as Tinder, Bumble and Hinge. My message for any potential victims on these sites is a familiar one if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, Burgess stated.

Beautiful women are extremely effective spies and this tactic has been used throughout history. In fact, some of the gadgets used in James Bond films were inspired by the 39 female spies in Bri...

Christians Prevented from Adopting Children in America Armstrong Economics

Those who think the war on Christianity is simply hyperbole must look closer. Adoption agencies are now preventing some Christians from adopting children due to their extreme views. Oregons Department of Human Services has begun giving hopeful adopters an ideological litmus test to ensure children are only placed in families with woke ideologies.

A woman in Oregon recently attempted to adopt a child. The adoption agency asked the woman if she would accept and support a childs decision to change genders. They asked her if she would allow her adopted child to transition to a different sex, take them to LGBTQ+ events, and use the childs preferred pronouns. When the woman said that ignoring biology violated her beliefs as a Christian, the state of Oregon turned her away. The woman then asked if she could adopt a child without imaginary woke needs, and her request was denied.

Oregon may be acting illegally as they condemn an entire religion from adopting children because they can define man and woman without confusion. Christians are twice as likely to adopt children in America, and the state of Oregon has over 8,000 children awaiting homes. Technically, this litmus test will prevent anyone affiliated with any religion from adopting children. One must question why it would be preferable to keep children in orphanages instead of placing them with Christian families.

The Richest Man in the World Armstrong Economics

Bernard Arnault has unseated Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos to become the richest man in the world. The CEO and chairman of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton is estimated to be worth $235.7 billion. That is more than the entire GDP of some countries. Musk is now in second place with a net worth of $180 billion. To put it into perspective, Arnault has more money than Jeff Bezos And Mark Zuckerberg combined who are worth $127 billion and $81.4 billion, respectively.

LVMH stock has soared around 42% in the past year alone, and it rose by 17% YoY in Q1. The companys revenue reaches 79.18 billion euros in 2022, a 23% increase from 2021. This is another indicator that current economic conditions are not hurting the higher upper class as the rich have not slowed their spending on luxury goods amid this recession. LVMH owns numerous designer brands such as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, TAG Heuer, Christian Dior, Celine, Moet & Chandon, Hennessy, and Sephora. Arnault personally owns 40% of LVMH and has a 90% stake in Christian Dior.

This perhaps makes Bernard Arnault the most powerful man in the world. Once you reach the billions, money ceases to be money and becomes a tool for power. It is not possible to spend that amount of money in one lifetime or even among numerous generations. Even if you are a millionaire, you are closer to being homeless than you are a billionaire. This is a very powerful position and we have seen countless billionaires attempt to alter society simply because they can. Arnault seems to keep a low profile compared to others in his bracket, but he possesses the power to change the world for better or worse on whim.

BEST OF THE WEB: Bombshell filing: 9/11 hijackers were CIA recruits Signs of the Times

At least two 9/11 hijackers had been recruited into a joint CIA-Saudi intelligence operation that was covered up at the highest level, according to an explosive new court filing. A newly-released court filing raises grave questions about the relationship between Alec Station, a CIA unit set up to track Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden and his associates, and two 9/11 hijackers leading up to the attacks, which was subject to a coverup at the highest levels of the FBI. Obtained by SpyTalk, the filing is a 21-page declaration by Don Canestraro, a lead investigator for the Office of Military Commissions, the legal body overseeing the cases of 9/11 defendants. It summarizes classified government discovery disclosures, and private interviews he conducted with anonymous high-ranking CIA and FBI officials. Many agents who spoke to Canestraro headed up Operation Encore, the Bureau's aborted, long-running probe into Saudi government connections to the 9/11 attack. Despite conducting multiple...

Penny Wongs World View: AUKUS All the Way Dissident Voice

If anyone was expecting a new tilt, a shine of novelty, a flash of independence from Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wongs address to the National Press Club on April 17, they were bound to be disappointed. The anti-China hawks, talons polished, got their fill. The US State Department would not be disturbed. The Pentagon could rest easy. The toadyish musings of the Canberra establishment would continue to circulate in reliable staleness.

In reading (and hearing) Wongs speech, one must always assume the opposite, or something close to it. Whatever is said about strategic balance, dont believe a word of it; such views are always uttered in the shadow of US power. From that vantage point, Occams Razor becomes a delicious blessing: nothing said by any Australian official in foreign policy should ever be taken as independently relevant. Best gaze across the Pacific for confirmation.

In Wongs address, the ill-dressed clich waltzes with the scantily clad platitude. When Australians look out to the world, we see ourselves reflected in it just as the world can see itself reflected in us. (World, whatever you are, do tell.)

The basis for this strained nonsense is, at least, promising. Variety can, paradoxically, generate common ground. This is a powerful natural asset for building alignment, for articulating our determination to see the interests of all the worlds peoples upheld, alongside our own. Mightily aspirational, is Wong here, though such language seems pinched from the Non-Aligned Movement of the Cold War, one that Australia, US policing deputy of the Asia-Pacific, was never a part off. No informed listener would assume otherwise.

Like a lecture losing steam early, she finally gets to the point of her address: how we avert war and maintain peace and more than that, how we shape a region that reflects our national interests and our shared regional interests. It does not take long to realise what this entails: talk about rules, standards and norms where a larger country does not determine the fate of the smaller country, where each country can pursue its own aspirations, its own prosperity.

That the United States has determined the fate of Australia since the Second World War, manipulating, interfering and guiding its politics and its policies, makes this statement risible, but no less significant. We are on bullying terrain, and Wong is trying to pick the most preferable bully.

She cant quite put it in those terms, so speaks about the regional balance of power instead, with Australia performing the role of handmaiden. She dons the sages hat, consumes the shamans herbal potion, insisting that commentators and strategists have gotten it wrong to talk about great powers competing for primacy. They love a binary. And...

Dont Let the Government Criminalize Free Speech Dissident Voice

If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.

George Washington

What the police state wants is a silent, compliant, oblivious citizenry.

What the First Amendment affirms is an engaged citizenry that speaks truth to power using whatever peaceful means are available to us.

Speaking ones truth doesnt have to be the same for each person, and that truth doesnt have to be palatable or pleasant or even factual.

We can be loud.

We can be obnoxious.

We can be politically incorrect.

We can be conspiratorial or mean or offensive.

We can be all these things because the First Amendment takes a broad, classically liberal approach to the free speech rights of the citizenry: in a nutshell, the government may not encroach or limit the citizenrys right to freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly and protest.

This is why the First Amendment is so critical.

It gives the citizenry the right to speak freely, protest peacefully, expose government wrongdoing, and criticize the government without fear of retaliation, arrest or incarceration.

Nowhere in the First Amendment does it permit the government to limit speech in order to avoid causing offense, hurting someones feelings, safeguarding government secrets, protecting government officials, discouraging bullying, penalizing hateful ideas and actions, eliminating terrorism, combatting prejudice and intolerance, and the like.

When expressive activity crosses the line into violence, free speech protections end.

However, barring actual violence or true threats of violence, there is a vast difference between speech that is socially unpopular and speech that is illegal, and its an important distinction that depends on our commitment to safeguarding a robust First Amendment.

Increasingly, however, the courts and the government are doing away with that critical distinction, adopting the mindset that speech is only permissible if it does not offend, irritate, annoy, threaten someones peace of mind, or challenge the governments stranglehold on power.

Take the case of Counterman v. Colorado which is before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Under the pretext of clamping down on online stalking, Colorado wants the power to be able to treat expressive activities on social media as threats without having to prove that the messages are both reasonably understood as threatening an illegal act and intended by the speaker as a threat.

Senior IRS agent blows whistle, alleging Biden DOJ thwarting criminal prosecution of Hunter Biden --Whistleblower account to inspector general, notification to Congress calls into question AG Merrick Garland testimony. | 19 April 2023 | A decorated supervisory IRS agent has reported to the Justice Department's top watchdog that federal prosecutors appointed by Joe Biden have engaged in "preferential treatment and politics" to block criminal tax charges against presidential son Hunter Biden, providing evidence as a whistleblower that conflicts with Attorney General Merrick Garland's recent testimony to Congress that the decision to bring charges against Biden was being left to the Trump-appointed U.S. Attorney for Delaware. According to a letter from the whistleblower's attorney Mark Lytle to Congress obtained by Just the News, the IRS agent revealed he is seeking to provide detailed disclosures about a high-profile, sensitive case to the tax-writing committees in Congress, which have special authority under federal tax privacy laws to receive such information. That could pave the way to share the details with other committees in coming weeks.

Secrets of 9,000 year old female shaman burial in Germany revealed Signs of the Times

Bad Drrenberg is a modest spa town in eastern Germany, perched on a bluff overlooking the Saale River. On a Friday afternoon in 1934, workers were laying pipe to supply the spa's fountain with water when they came across red-tinted earth. A local teacher was quickly called to come to the trench. He began to dig and alerted an archaeologist named Wilhelm Henning based in the nearby city of Halle. By the time Henning arrived, the teacher had uncovered flint blades, mussel shells, roe deer remains, and wild boar tusks. Given just a few hours to work before the trench had to be filled in, Henning salvaged what he could, pulling human bones from the earth and trying to recover as many as possible. A rough sketch made during the dig, now in the archives of the State Museum of Prehistory in Halle, shows a skeleton placed as if seated in a shallow pit, along with the approximate location and outlines of the original ditch.

Germany critically short of housing as construction tanks due to lockdowns, energy crisis, inflation Signs of the Times

Real estate experts expect a further decline in new residential construction in Germany as building permits for dwellings slumped 20.6% year-on-year in February, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reported on Tuesday. According to the latest numbers, a total of 22,300 building permits for dwellings were issued in February, representing a decrease of 5,800 permits compared to the same period last year. The number of construction permits has been steadily declining since last May and has fallen by 10% each month from October 2022, Destatis said. In its spring report, the German Property Federation (ZIA) said that housing shortages are likely to have reached their highest level in 20 years and that the gap between supply and demand may widen to 700,000 buildings by 2025.

Indictment of African Peoples Socialist Party Is a Racist Assault on the Black Liberation Movement Dissident Voice

The Black Alliance for Peace (BAP) unequivocally condemns and opposes the recent indictment of four members of the African Peoples Socialist Party (APSP), alongside three Russian nationals.

The unsealed indictment states that on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, a federal grand jury in Tampa, Florida, levied charges of conspiring to covertly sow discord in U.S. society, spread Russian propaganda and interfere illegally in U.S. elections. While no evidence of conspiracy, propagandizing, or interference has been presented, the APSP and its members have the right, as all U.S. citizens do, to freely criticize U.S. domestic and foreign policy.

Not since the Palmer Raids of the early 20th century, nor since the indictment of W.E.B DuBois in 1951, or the confiscation of Paul Robesons U.S. passport during the anti-communist McCarthyist era, has there been such a hysterical response to African people asserting their rights and freedom of speech in the United States. This renewed attack against anti-imperialist Africans, framed within the absurd notion of Russian influence, comes as capitalism decays and U.S. global hegemony loses its hold on the world. The attacks on the APSP and the Uhuru Movement are part of a historical tendency to align African political activists with U.S. adversary states to marginalize African internationalism (including solidarity with Cuba and Palestine, for example) and to suppress Black radicalism.

It is also an assault on the efforts of Africans organizing against the violence and murders suffered at the hands of the U.S. state. Indeed, Africans do not need Russia to tell them they are suffering the brunt of violence in the heart of the U.S. empire!

BAP demands the indictment be dismissed, and Uhuru must be free!

For further reading on this case, please read BAPs July 30 statement that commented on the initial FBI raid of the APSPs properties.

Tim Scott launches presidential exploratory committee after a career of outspending his opponents in landslide victories Original Journalism from OpenSecrets News

Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) announced last week that he is launching an exploratory committee for the 2024 presidential election. If he decides to run, he will be the fourth prominent Republican to challenge former President Donald Trump in the primary, joining fellow South Carolinian Nikki Haley, former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy

Scott has been successful in every race he has run since 2008, consistently winning by a landslide and fundraising more than his opponents multiple times over.

Like Haley, Scott directed his criticism at Democrats and did not mention Trump in his announcement video.

Scott shot the announcement video at Fort Sumter, where the Civil War broke out 162 years ago. He likened the war to todays political division, saying the U.S. is once again being tested.

Once again, our divisions run deep, and the threat to our future is real, Scott said. [President] Joe Biden and the radical left have chosen a culture of grievance over greatness. Theyre promoting victimhood instead of personal responsibility. And theyre indoctrinating our children to believe we live in an evil country.

Scott went on to list some highlights of his potential platform, including religious liberty, standing up to China, school choice, defending the border and abortion policy. Since announcing hes testing the waters, Scott has...

'Cooperation yes, submission no': Mexico condemns US interference in drug war Signs of the Times

The DEA's infiltration of the Sinaloa Cartel without state permission amounts to espionage, the Mexican president says Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, commonly known as AMLO, has excoriated the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) for infiltrating the Sinaloa Cartel without his permission, accusing Washington of "abusive interference" at a press conference on Monday. "There can't be foreign agents in our country, no," AMLO insisted, explaining that while the US and Mexico could share information, Mexico alone will decide who can "intervene." Anything else, he said, is an unacceptable violation of Mexican sovereignty.

Stalin against the Jews: How the Soviet dictator lost his last fight Signs of the Times

70 years ago, the Georgian strongman's death brought an end to persecution of the religious minority and the infamous "Doctor's Case" Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin's "purges," targeted at groups of his perceived rivals, are a unique historical and psychological phenomenon as well as the subject of considerable research. In the 1920s, the Georgian indiscriminately eliminated political competitors from opposing parties and classes, former White Army officers, and workers of the tsarist military-industrial complex. In the 1930s, he went after internal party opponents, the entire leadership of the Red Army, and the NKVD (forerunner to the KGB). Fortunately, the terror was briefly halted during World War Two. By the end of the conflict, the search for internal enemies guilty of "impeding the construction of communism" resumed. The new enemy of the Stalinist regime was presented in the image of a cosmopolitan and... a Jew. The so-called 'Doctors' Case' was to become the highlight of this...

Leaks Reveal Reality behind U.S. Propaganda in Ukraine Dissident Voice

Leaked document predicts a protracted war beyond 2023. Image credit: Newsweek

The U.S. corporate medias first response to the leaking of secret documents about the war in Ukraine was to throw some mud in the water, declare nothing to see here, and cover it as a depoliticized crime story about a 21-year-old Air National Guardsman who published secret documents to impress his friends. President Biden dismissed the leaks as revealing nothing of great consequence.

What these documents reveal, however, is that the war is going worse for Ukraine than our political leaders have admitted to us, while going badly for Russia too, so that neither side is likely to break the stalemate this year, and this will lead to a protracted war beyond 2023, as one of the documents says.

The publication of these assessments should lead to renewed calls for our government to level with the public about what it realistically hopes to achieve by prolonging the bloodshed, and why it continues to reject the resumption of the promising peace negotiations it blocked in April 2022.

We believe that blocking those talks was a dreadful mistake, in which the Biden administration capitulated to the warmongering, since-disgraced U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and that current U.S. policy is compounding that mistake at the cost of tens of thousands more Ukrainian lives and the destruction of even more of their country.

In most wars, while the warring parties strenuously suppress the reporting of civilian casualties for which they are responsible, professional militaries generally treat accurate reporting of their own military casualties as a basic responsibility. But in the virulent propaganda surrounding the war in Ukraine, all sides have treated military casualty figures as fair game, systematically exaggerating enemy casualties and understating their own.

Publicly available U.S. estimates have supported the idea that many more Russians are being killed than Ukrainians, deliberately skewing public perceptions to support the notion that Ukraine can somehow win the war, as long as we just keep sending more weapons.

The leaked documents provide internal U.S. military intelligence assessments of casualties on both sides. But different documents, and different copies of the documents circulating online, show...

Russia warns South Korea if it sends weapons to Ukraine, Moscow will arm the North Signs of the Times

Russia's former President Dmitry Medvedev says Moscow can equip North Korea with advanced weapons if South Korea begins to provide military assistance to Ukraine. Ahead of his state visit to the United States next week, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol indicated, during an interview with Reuters on Wednesday, that Seoul might bring about a policy shift regarding Ukraine, against which Russia waged an ongoing war in February last year. "If there is a situation the international community cannot condone, such as any large-scale attack on civilians, massacre or serious violation of the laws of war, it might be difficult for us to insist only on humanitarian or financial support," the South Korean leader said. Yoon said Seoul has been exploring how to help defend and rebuild the ex-Soviet republic, just as the South received international assistance during the 1950-53 Korean War.

Ukraine morphed into neo-Nazi dictatorship with Kiev's introduction of martial law - Russian MFA Signs of the Times

The Kiev regime, as a consequence of introducing martial law, has built an authoritarian regime in the country, essentially morphing into a neo-Nazi dictatorship, according to a report by the Russian Foreign Ministry on the situation with human rights in Ukraine published on Wednesday. "The conditions created by [Kiev] as a consequence of introducing martial law have made it possible to build an authoritarian regime in the country characterized by an absolute monopoly on power, extrajudicial reprisals, strict censorship, the virtual elimination of independent media outlets and the eradication of the political opposition, total state propaganda, the active search for traitors, made-up Russian spies and saboteurs. The current regime, adopting the ideology and practices of Ukrainian national radicals, has essentially morphed into a neo-Nazi dictatorship," the report said. American taxpayers could be funding the TALIBAN: Special inspector general for Afghanistan makes startling admission and points finger at Biden for 'unprecedented' chaotic withdrawal - days after White House blamed Trump CLG News

American taxpayers could be funding the TALIBAN: Special inspector general for Afghanistan makes startling admission and points finger at Biden for 'unprecedented' chaotic withdrawal - days after White House blamed Trump | 19 April 2023 | Special inspector general for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) John Sopko said the Taliban is likely stealing US aid intended for the Afghan people as he knocked the Defense and State departments, and USAID for an 'unprecedented' lack of cooperation. "I cannot assure this committee and the American taxpayer we are not currently funding the Taliban, nor can I assure you Taliban are diverting the funding from the intended recipients," Sopko told the House Oversight Committee. Sopko noted that the U.S. has appropriated some $2 billion in humanitarian [sic] aid to Afghanistan and another $3.5 billion is slated to come in through an international fund. "Due to this [DoD, State, USAID] refusal to cooperate a significant portion of SIGAR's work has been hindered and delayed. I don't trust the Taliban as far as you can throw them," Sopko went on. "The information we're getting -- again, not from the State Department who isn't talking to us or USAID...is that the Taliban are already diverting funds." [No surprises here. The Biden regime has already turned billions over to the Nazis running Ukraine and for years backed and funded - at the behest of uniparty traitors such as John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and Barack Obama - al-CIAduh and I-CIA-SIS.]

Bombshell filing: 9/11 hijackers were CIA recruits CLG News

Bombshell filing: 9/11 hijackers were CIA recruits | 18 April 2023 | At least two 9/11 hijackers had been recruited into a joint CIA-Saudi intelligence operation that was covered up at the highest level, according to an explosive new court filing. A newly released court filing raises grave questions about the relationship between Alec Station, a CIA unit set up to track Al Qaeda [al-CIAduh] chief Osama bin Laden and his associates, and two 9/11 hijackers leading up to the attacks, which was subject to a coverup at the highest levels of the FBI. Many agents who spoke to Canestraro headed up Operation Encore, the Bureaus aborted, long-running probe into Saudi government connections to the 9/11 attack.

Download the unedited highest resolution video available

According to the Department of Defense (DoD):

In an open hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena before the Senate Armed Services Committee on April 19, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), shared videos depicting an unidentified object with an apparent atmospheric wake or cavitation trailing it as it moved across the sensors field of view from left to right. An MQ-9 forward-looking infrared video sensor captured this footage in South Asia as it was recording another MQ-9.

After analysis of the full motion video, inclusion of additional footage with a longer focal length, and analysis of commercial flight data in the region, AARO assesses that the object likely is a commercial aircraft and that the trailing cavitation is a sensor artifact resultant of video compression. Case resolution is pending final review. This video is the additional footage with a longer focal length. The apparent back and forth motion is an artifact of the longer focal length and the sensor attempting to zoom in on the fast moving UAP, rather than the MQ-9.

More information on this case will be added when, or if, it becomes available.

The IMF has also lowered its 2023 global growth outlook and warned of the potential for severe financial system turmoil.

Then there were nine: Comer alleges a wider range of potential Biden beneficiaries from possible influence peddling Signs of the Times

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has revealed that there are not three but nine members of the Biden family that may have benefitted from suspected influence peddling efforts. For those of us who have long criticized the corrupt practices of the Biden family, the identity of these other family members is intriguing after the Committee secured new bank and financial records. Democratic members again insisted that there is no need to investigate such influence peddling. The new information on the Biden family is due largely to the takeover of the House by the GOP. Previously, Democrats blocked efforts to investigate influence peddling by the Biden family for years. After assuming control of the Committee. Comer sought suspicious activity reports sent by banks to the Treasury Department alerting of potential criminal activity in transactions involving President Biden's family. He stated on Monday: "We've identified six additional members of Joe Biden's family who may...

Congressional probe uncovers tie between Biden campaign, security letter dismissing Hunter laptop Signs of the Times

Republicans now believe the letter that falsely portrayed laptop as disinformation was a consequential interference in the last presidential election. Aided by two Obama-era witnesses, congressional investigators led by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan have developed the first evidence that a letter from security experts that falsely dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation during the 2020 election had ties to Joe Biden's presidential campaign. Jordan told Just the News he expects to release a report from the House panel on weaponization of government later this month that lays out out evidence and the players behind the letter, which many Republicans now say was a consequential interference in the last presidential election. Germany's nuclear lunacy Signs of the Times

Ordinary Germans will pay a heavy price for their elites' green fear-mongering. This weekend, the plug was pulled on Germany's last three nuclear reactors. Environmentalists have hailed this as the culmination of a 50-year struggle. Indeed, for decades, Germany's anti-nuclear movement had enjoyed mass support. But now that the activists have won, regret is starting to set in. The bleak reality of the energy crisis has led many Germans to rethink. It has become all too clear that the phasing out of nuclear power can only make matters worse. A culture of fear has driven Germany's anti-nuclear movement since its inception in the mid-1970s. In its early days, it was a radical opposition movement, largely at the fringes of society. Its demonstrations were often met with massive police force. At one demo in 1986, in the German village of Wackersdorf, several protesters, and one police officer, were killed.

Southern Afghan city becomes de facto capitol as Taliban chief tightens grip on power Signs of the Times

Afghanistan's southern city of Kandahar is the historical birthplace and the political base of the Taliban. Now, the country's second-largest city appears to be becoming the de facto capital under the militant group's rule. Several officials have recently been transferred from the capital, Kabul, to Kandahar. Taliban Supreme Leader Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada lives in the city and rarely leaves the Pashtun heartland in southern Afghanistan. Experts say Akhundzada's decision to relocate the offices of two Taliban spokesmen to Kandahar is part of efforts to tighten his grip on power. The move comes amid growing reports of infighting between key Taliban ministers based in Kabul and a powerful group of clerics led by Akhundzada in Kandahar. "It looks like political power is being transferred from Kabul to Kandahar," Sami Yousafzai, a veteran Afghan journalist and commentator who has tracked the Taliban since its emergence in the 1990s, told RFE/RL's Radio Azadi. "[Akhundzada] is...

California electric companies propose higher earners pay greater fees than lower earners under new state law Signs of the Times

Three electric utility companies in California proposed a fixed-rate billing plan under which high-income households would pay more than low-income households. California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a bill last summer requiring energy utilities to impose a "rate component" in their power bills to collect revenues to fund the state's energy infrastructure. According to the Los Angeles Times, the law requires "a fixed monthly charge based on household income." Pacific Gas and Electric, Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas and Electric recently introduced a proposal intended to reduce fees for most households by imposing higher costs on wealthier families, a plan which the California Public Utilities Commission must approve by the middle of next year. SDG&E CEO Caroline Winn said in a statement: "We have listened to and heard from our customers that fundamental change is needed to provide bill relief. Twitter altered its "hateful conduct policy" Tuesday to lift its ban on "misgendering" and "deadnaming" transgender people. The previous policy, enacted in 2018, specifically prohibited users from "targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals," which included using the wrong pronoun or a person's previous name. As of April 2023, the sentence regarding transgender individuals has been removed from the "Slurs and Tropes" category. The previous statement from February read, "We prohibit targeting others with repeated slurs, tropes or other content that intends to degrade or reinforce negative or harmful stereotypes about a protected category. This includes targeted misgendering or same description without any mention of "misgendering" or "deadnaming" individuals identifying as transgender.

The Helsingin Sanomat newspaper reported on Tuesday that Finland's debt recovery agency placed temporary restrictions on the Russian building a week ago at the request of the Finnish Foreign Ministry. As Walmart shuts down four stores in crime-ridden Dem-led Chicago, DailyMail.com lists all the big box shops - from Macy's to Target - which have closed due to millions in losses from rampant theft Signs of the Times

Major retailers in the US have been forced to shut down stores due to millions of dollars in losses as rampant theft plagues big box stores across the country. This week, Walmart announced it will shut down four of its stores in Chicago just weeks after America's biggest employer shuttered its only stores in Portland. It comes as shoplifting reaches alarming levels and other large retailers, including Target, Macy's and Best Buy, are now making good on threats to shutter outlets if petty crime was not lowered. In 2021 retailers lost a combined $94.5billion to shrink, a term used to describe theft and other types of inventory loss. And organized retail crime incidents soared by 26.5 per cent in the same year, according to the 2022 National Retail Security Survey. Along with brazen daylight thefts, self-checkouts have also made it easier for people to walk out without paying for items. Progressive district attorneys in cities like Chicago, New York, Portland and California have also...

UK hounded by worst inflation in Western Europe Signs of the Times

Inflation in the UK came in at over 10% year-on-year in March, the highest rate among countries in Western Europe, official data showed on Wednesday. According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), the consumer price index (CPI) in the UK fell by less than expected to 10.1% in March, whereas economists had predicted a drop to 9.8%. The February reading stood at 10.4% year-on-year. "The largest upward contributions to the annual CPIH inflation rate in March 2023 came from housing and household services (principally from electricity, gas and other fuels), and food and non-alcoholic beverages," the ONS said. Food prices rose at their fastest rate in 45 years, with the sharpest increases in March reported in goods such as olive oil (up 49%) and milk (up 38%).

U.S. Nuclear-War Strategy Dissident Voice

Americas nuclear-war strategy is to win a nuclear war, not merely to deter one. This has been especially the case since 2006. But it did not start in 2006 to become that way. A 1981 PhD thesis by William C. Martel, at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, one of Americas leading universities, was titled A nuclear war-fighting strategy for the United States. It stated that such war involves first-strike attacks against ICBMs, SLBMs and strategic bombers but not against cities because: It is the threat of counterforce destruction that deters war. However paradoxical it seems, deterrence is related to a war-winning capability. Victory depends on counterforce destruction. [Such] war involves first-strike attacks against ICBMs, SLBMs and strategic bombers.

He discussed and dismissed the then-dominant view in the U.S. (and still today accepted by Russia), known as Mutually Assured Destruction or MAD, in which nuclear weapons exist only in order to deter (not to win) a nuclear war (that the destruction would be unacceptably high on each side), as being no longer valid for America. He assumed that the Soviet Union was instead planning to win not deter a nuclear war. Martel was assuming that the Soviet Union were lying to say they believed in MAD. On those assumptions, he argued explicitly for the U.S. to win a nuclear war, WW III. He said that this was now, or soon would be, possible, because though:

the nascent U.S. and Soviet nuclear arsenals could not attack military targets because they were not accurate enough; until the late 1960s, most warheads would land within a mile or so of the target. This is not detrimental if the target is a large, sprawling city that would be destroyed by even a near miss. A missile silo, however, to be destroyed must be hit directly. MAD, therefore...

Archaeologists have uncovered the first human representations of the people of mythical Tartessos Signs of the Times

Archaeologists representing Spain's National Research Council (CSIS) excavating at the site of Casas del Turunuelo have uncovered the first human representations of the ancient Tartessos people. The incredible results of an excavation that shed light on a mysterious and ancient civilization that flourished in southern Spain several centuries before Christ have been presented by Spain's National Research Council. The Tartessians, who are thought to have lived in southern Iberia (modern-day Andalusia and Extremadura), are regarded as one of the earliest Western European civilizations, and possibly the first to thrive in the Iberian Peninsula. In the southwest of Spain's Iberian Peninsula, the Tartessos culture first appeared in the Late Bronze Age. The culture is distinguished by a blend of local Paleo-Hispanic and Phoenician traits, as well as the use of a now-extinct language known as Tartessian. The Tartessos people were skilled in metallurgy and metal working, creating ornate...

Don't blame the cows: New study finds methane isn't warming the Earth Signs of the Times

The gas absorbs both longwave and shortwave radiation, with competing effects on climate Methane is a greenhouse gas with dual personalities. It heats Earth's atmosphere 28 times as potently as carbon dioxide, gram for gram. But its absorption of the sun's radiation high in the atmosphere also alters cloud patterns casting a bit of shadow on its warming effect. So rather than adding even more thermal energy to the atmosphere, as previously thought, methane's solar absorption sets off a cascade of events that reduces its overall warming effect by about 30 percent, researchers report March 16 in Nature Geoscience. "These are really interesting and important results," says Rachael Byrom, a climate scientist at the CICERO Center for International Climate Research in Oslo who wasn't involved in the new study. Nonetheless, she says, "methane still remains a really key gas that we need to target in emissions reductions."

Lebanon is Expecting Two Million Visitors This Summer .. Blog Baladi

Al Markazia claims the number of arrivals this summer to Lebanon might exceed two million, and that occupancies at hotels will exceed 90%.

Last summer, the tourism ministry claimed they brought in billions of dollars to the economy thanks to their campaign but at what cost? How will these billions help revive the economy when we still dont have a president, a government, 24/7 electricity, a reliable internet, decent roads, traffic lights and the list goes on and on

How are these billions going to compensate for the deposits we all lost in Lebanese banks? Or for the exorbitant debts accumulated by corrupt governments and parliaments? Why is the Central Bank still draining his reserves if were bringing in so much money? Wheres all that money going?

Im sure many are going back home to help their families and show support to local businesses, but we shouldnt be too happy about a short-lived summer period while everything is falling apart around us. We need a sustainable plan to promote tourism in Lebanon, especially in rural areas, one that takes into consideration that various challenges the country is going through and ensures we can keep on delivering the same quality of service.

And before all that, the tourism ministry needs a new slogan for their future campaigns.

Rare desert waterfalls still flowing a month after record snowfall awakened them at Gunlock State Park, Utah Signs of the Times

The southwest experienced some unusual winter weather this year, with record rainfall, record snowfall and now rare waterfalls. Snow is still melting off the mountains, leaving a beautiful water wonderland at Gunlock State Park. It was a great year for Utah's snowpack -- most of the state 200 to 400 percent above average. In southwest Utah, the melted snow is running into the Santa Clara River, and the overflowing water causes waterfalls like the ones at Gunlock State Park.

Meteor fireball over Toledo, Spain (April 17) Signs of the Times

This gorgeous bolide was spotted over Spain on April 17, at 5:59 local time (equivalent to 3:59 universal time). It was almost as bright as the full Moon. The event was generated by a rock (a meteoroid) from Comet C/1861 G1 (Thatcher) that hit the atmosphere at about 178,000 km/h. The fireball overflew the province of Toledo (Spain). It began at an altitude of about 96 km over the locality of Pulgar (province of Toledo), moved along an almost vertical trajectory, and ended at a height of around 59 km. This bright meteor was recorded in the framework of the SMART project, operated by the Southwestern Europe Meteor Network (SWEMN) from the meteor-observing stations located at Huelva, La Hita (Toledo), Calar Alto, Sierra Nevada, La Sagra (Granada), Sevilla, and Faro de Cullera (Valencia). The event has been analyzed by the principal investigator of the SMART project: Dr. Jose M. Madiedo, from the Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia (IAA-CSIC).

PAT Testing Frequency: A Guide for Homeowners and Business Owners The Event Chronicle

As a homeowner or business owner, ensuring the safety of your electrical equipment is crucial. One way to do this is by conducting Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) regularly. PAT testing is the process of inspecting electrical equipment to ensure that it is safe for use.

PAT testing frequency is a common question that many homeowners and business owners ask. How often should it be conducted? The answer to this question depends on various factors, such as the type of equipment, the environment in which it is used, and the level of risk associated with its use.

In general, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that portable electrical appliances in a low-risk environment, such as an office, should be tested every two to four years. In contrast, equipment used in a high-risk environment, such as a construction site, should be tested every three to six months.

However, its essential to note that these recommendations are not set in stone. The frequency of PAT testing will vary depending on the specific circumstances. For example, equipment that is frequently moved or subject to wear and tear may need to be inspected more frequently.

As a homeowner or business owner, its your responsibility to ensure that your electrical equipment is safe to use. To help you determine the appropriate PAT testing frequency for your equipment, here are some factors to consider:

Type of Equipment

Source: freepik.com

The type of equipment you have will play a significant role in determining how often it needs to be inspected. Some common types of equipment that require PAT testing include:

Electrical appliances

Extension cords

Power tools

Lighting equipment

Kitchen appliances

Portable heaters

Environment

The environment in which your equipment is used is also an important factor to consider. For example, equipment used in a dry, clean office environment will typically require less testing than equipment used in a wet, dusty construction site. Other environmental factors to consider include:

Temperature

Humidity

Must-Have Features for iOS Conference Apps in 2023 The Event Chronicle

With the rise of technology and its impact on the business world, conferences have become an essential part of many industries. They provide a platform for professionals to network, share knowledge, and discuss the latest trends and developments in their fields. In recent years, the use of mobile apps has transformed the way conferences are organized, making them more accessible, interactive, and engaging for attendees. As we enter 2023, here are some must-have features for the iOS conference app that organizers should consider to provide the best experience for their participants.

1. Personalization

One of the most critical features of a conference app is personalization. Attendees should be able to customize their experience by selecting the sessions they want to attend, creating their schedules, and receiving personalized recommendations based on their interests. This feature not only makes the conference more convenient for attendees but also helps organizers track attendance and gather data on attendee preferences.

2. Real-time updates

Source: reviews.org

Another essential feature for conference apps is real-time updates. Attendees should be able to receive notifications about changes in the schedule, new speakers, and other important updates. This feature helps keep attendees informed and engaged and prevents them from missing important sessions or events.

3. Interactive maps

Conference venues can be large and confusing, especially for first-time attendees. Interactive maps can help attendees navigate the venue and find their way to different sessions and events. These maps can also include information about nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities, making it easier for attendees to plan their day.

4. Networking tools

The authors of a peer-reviewed meta-analysis of national and international COVID-19 vaccine adverse events during the first two years of the rollout said their findings highlight the importance of reevaluating public health policies that promote universal mass injection and multiple boosters for all demographic groups. The cost of injecting healthy people, "especially children," with a Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine "outweighs any claimed though unvalidated benefits," according to researchers who analyzed adverse events data from more than 10 regulatory surveillance and self-reporting systems during the first two years of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. Fewer people, living better - new Low Migration for Australia movement (We) can do better

There is a new policy blog or political movement called Low Migration Australia.  It is very well written and explains the relevant concepts succinctly.  The movement was started by Edward Smith.  Well worth a look.

We have republished from the page entitled, "," from "Low Migration Australia" at

"In a nutshell" by Edward Smith

Migration policy in Australia is just a tug of war between big business and the community, our politicians are the rope. The many justifications for high migration levels offered by media and think tanks are not determinative of migration policy. Business just pulls government harder than the public.

Migration levels are one of the most important decisions Australian governments make. Low migration can boost wages for low skill workers, reduce rents and house prices, protect our environment and increase unity, empathy and understanding in our politics and community.

Unfortunately, domestic big businesses (especially the property industry) either want the opposite of those things or are indifferent. Big business has bought in the political and epistemic systems and steered governments to high migration.

We have no grievance with any migrant, past, present or even prospective all of whom have merely walked through a lucrative open door, as many Australians would. We have a disagreement with the business and political leaders who want to leave this door open.

Low migration Australias goal is to persuade our business and political leaders to end their high migration agenda and to inform the community about migration policy. We do not vilify business at all, we want them to focus on the important work of running businesses and leave public policy to the public and their governments.

Serfs, Sluts, the BIG Man and governance Terra Forming Terra

This is a snapshot of the antique world that we all came from in which Big Man rules made things up as they went along.  This is deeply supressed in the developed world, but is still out there wherever muscle can be used to force folks to cooperate.

It is also the fundamental source of all poverty.  It is why we push the natural community of 150 individuals and the rule of twelve.  A community is unlikely to allow a single individual to rule the roost.

This can be all around you and you can remain oblivious.

Slaves and Serfs: Guatemala's 'Occupied' Bodies

GUATEMALA/25 OCT 2012 BY ALEJANDRA GUTIERREZ VALDIZAN*EN

Organized crime networks dedicated to human trafficking have had a great deal of time to perfect their system and ally themselves with new players in Guatemala, including drug traffickers. Small criminal structures exploit indigenous women, trafficking them from rural areas to the capital. Dozens, maybe even hundreds, of women are trafficked from other countries to Guatemala by larger criminal organizations. Sexual exploitation -- in a country with high crime rates, a woeful human rights record and a judicial system that is only just starting to recognize it as a crime -- is flourishing.

No One Can Explain Why Planes Stay in the Air Terra Forming Terra

Turns out that our theory, although quite handy is just a place to hang our data on and fails all over.  The mere fact that we can flip a plane over and maintain lift is impossible.  Or close enough to hang bernoilli anyway.

What we now bring to the table is our robust concept of a three staged ether made up on Neutal Neutron pairs, neutral electrons pairs and really neutral neutrino pairs.  These can all be packed far better than expected and otherwise dragless.  this is a diffderent working fluid unlike any we have ever encountered.

This does mean that our airfoils are also current guides.

Add in that around 200 MPH, just about everything develops positive lift.  Most of our advanced planes today are flying bricks.  Real mechanical gliding is a thing well under 200 MPH.

Is it possible that at high speeds that our surface induces a high frequency triggering a change in gravitational effect?  We certainly have current flow exterior to the foil.  A standing wave inside the foil could shift the contained gravity containing NNPs.

This is novel but we already have the phenomina to think about.  It actually makes sense that it would show up here and be confused as an extension of mechanical gluide action.

Possession Is Nine Tenths of Your Soul Terra Forming Terra

Nice tale here, but it is not really true. Everything we think we own is true only until our deaths and that is the rub.  Owning any asset class except human labor has a negative cash flow until a human being is vested in its successful operation.

The entire Earth is haunted by a specter, the specter of the complete possession of the human and the natural worlds by a band of unaccountable overlords. Those self-appointed global rulers, the billionaires, supported by the politicians and public intellectuals that they play with for sport, have carved out for themselves a separate reality where within they make up new rules for governance, local, national, and global, and then pass those rules down to us.

Central to this project is the radical alteration of the concept of possession....

No Hope for Ukraine: Losing Artillery = Losing the War Terra Forming Terra

After all is said and done, i do think  that mys original take is turning out correctly.  The russian grand strategy was to walk in and establish the new borders first and then reinforce until the lines became vsecure while wearing down Ukraine capability and resolve.

There is obviously no creditable Ukrainian arms industry producing shells.  russia can and will and have decades of warehoused shells as well.  This is still a small drain for them.

This means continuing losses of Ukranian material on the line and a real end to their war making capability.  what is certain is that NATO will not ever dip into their real war stocks as that would put NATO at risk.

We are now seeing the cracks form while Russia stands still and slowly forces Bahmut.  Russia achieved their strategic war aims almost immediately.  what is left is forcing the Ukranian government to actually accept what is on the table for them.

Chicago is a Blue Warzone Armstrong Economics

Mobs of hundreds of teens and young adults are terrorizing Chicago and burning their own city down. Former Mayor Lori Lightfoot permitted crime to take place. Mayor-Elect Brandon Johnson is another far-left politician who will do nothing to save the city. It is not constructive to demonize youth who have been denied opportunities, Johnson said to dismiss the atrocities these unattended teenagers commit.

Chicago has tough gun laws and none of these teens are legally obtaining weapons. The city has been overrun with criminals who wildly shoot into crowds and murder their neighbors and the cops are outnumbered. Curfews have not helped and SWAT teams had to be deployed over the weekend after multiple people and bystanders were shot.

Businesses are fleeing Chicago as fast as possible. Even Walmart is closing down 8 stores in Chicago amid countless thefts. These stores lose tens of millions of dollars a year, and their annual losses nearly doubled in just the last five years, Walmart stated. Whole Foods closed its Chicago location for the same reason. Target, CVS, Aldi, and Save A Lot have also closed locations in recent years because of crime. People are protesting outside of Walmart in Chicago, declaring that these fleeing businesses are creating food deserts.

They cannot blame corporations or gun control. The problem begins at home and is amplified by bad politicians. Johnson came out and said that these teens simply didnt have the same opportunities as others. Does that make it ok for them to commit violent crimes including murder? How are hundreds of minors out at all hours of the night where are their guardians? Chicago was once a popular business destination; it will quickly deteriorate into Detroit or Camden as a ghost city that never recovered. The businesses will leave along with the jobs they once provided.

New Home Buyers Penalized for High Credit Scores Armstrong Economics

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are making some changes to Loan Level Price Adjustments (LLPAs) that will likely hurt those with good credit applying for conventional loans in the US. To ensure fairness, the agencies are helping underserved first-time home buyers by reducing costs for those with lower credit scores and less money for down payments. Borrowers with a credit score under 680 will be rewarded, while those who spent years maintaining a high level of creditworthiness will see higher rates.

Spent years saving for a down payment? Expect to pay more as they implement fees for borrowers who can put 15% to 20%+ down. Previously, lenders would favor higher down payments in their risk adjustments. So even if someone chose to put down over 20% to avoid PMI costs, they would now be penalized due to these asinine FHFA rules. So those with good pay, credit, and savings will be penalized while low-income earners will receive countless benefits.

In a blog post the other day, I mentioned how banks are not profiting on mortgages as they once did. Fannie and Freddie are looking to track down extra fees as the middle class is continually squeezed. They want the people to pay for mortgage insurance. Perhaps lenders want those with lower credit scores, who are less likely to meet their obligations as a first-time home buyer, to take out loans since theyre more likely to default. This is like giving A test scores to students who only studied enough to earn a C. They are making it difficult for financially responsible people to enter the housing market.

Any company that is adopting WOKE should be out of business for what they are really doing is dividing the country and completing what our computer has forecast the breakup of the United States. The WOKE Agenda is attacking the religious beliefs of many and that historically always leads to division, discrimination, and often outright war.

When a company endorses what they think is some political agenda, it will lose the business from the opposition. This whole thing about transgender is out of control. Instead of eliminating discrimination, they are creating it. People will then blame the transgender movement for all sorts of things as they have done to Jews, Catholics, Muslims, and Protestants. There is no solution here. By endorsing WOKE, they are undermining the religious beliefs of others. You end up creating disunity not unity.

Companies should NEVER take sides in politics especially when they attack religious beliefs. It is one thing to lobby for your business against some regulation. But endorsing this WOKE agenda is part of the Great Divide that is clearly a major factor contributing to the demise of the United States by dividing the people between blue and red. Abortion already offends many religious beliefs. Then there is taxation and war. This WOKE Agenda will be one of the factors historians will look back on for breaking up the United States.

During the Hard Times that followed the Panic of 1837, there was discrimination against the Irish Catholics for taking jobs when they migrated to the States. That led to even gun battles on the street. Just as Germany singled out the Jews, any time you single out any group, you divide your society, undermining the states foundation.

Congressman: Its antisemitic to mention George Soross name in discussing policies he spearheaded BlackListed News

If someone takes a leading role in shaping crime policy, and you politely disagree with them, that doesnt make you bigoted against the group they belong to. But Congressman Dan Goldman (D-NY) claims that those who disagree with George Soros about crime are antisemites. On April 17, he wrote: With antisemitic violence at record highs, todays hearing confirmed that invoking George Soross name is nothing short of blatant antisemitism. I call on all Republicans to stop using this antisemitic trope immediately.

Artificial intelligence is making it harder for humans to have agency in their own lives.

The other day, my mom sent me an email to tell me what GPT-4 said about me. My mother is an attorney and ethics counsel at the State Bar of Wisconsin, where she specializes in emerging technologies, so this wasnt necessarily out of the blue. But what GPT-4 told her about me was wildly inaccurate. While it was correct about the university where I am a tenured professor, it was wrong about my home department, my credentials, and pretty much everything else.

While the world is distracted: Syria updates - ISIS massacres and Turkish double-dealing Signs of the Times

The US cartel is doubling down on war As events are moving so fast in the region, I will try to update more regularly in a condensed format: US continues its murder of civilians in central Syria using its ISIS proxies to carry out brutal attacks . On the 16th April at least 26 civilians were massacred in an attack on truffle hunters in the Duizen eastern countryside of Hama governorate. It is reported by the terrorist-biased Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) that 12 of the martyrs were members of the National Defence Forces but the majority of the attacks and kidnap victims are civilians. The US is known to have planted ISIS cells in the area east of Homs and the threat to civilians or military is high. Syrian civilians trying to eke a living in a country under economic attack from the West are forced to hire military protection to survive. Added to this, the desert is still also littered with ISIS and other terrorist group mines and IEDs. On 17th February 53 people were...

Judge: Mississippi must allow religious exemption from school vaccine requirements CLG News

Judge: Mississippi must allow religious exemption from school vaccine requirements --Mississippi State Department of Health must allow religious exemptions by July 15 | 18 April 2023 | Mississippi must join most other states in allowing religious exemptions from vaccinations that children are required to receive so they can attend school, a federal judge has ruled. U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden handed down the decision Monday in a lawsuit filed last year by several parents who say their religious beliefs have led them to keep their children unvaccinated and out of Mississippi schools. According to the lawsuit, some of the plaintiffs are homeschooling their children, while others have family or work connections in Mississippi but live in other states that allow religious exemptions for childhood vaccinations. Ozerden set a July 15 deadline for the Mississippi State Department of Health to allow religious exemptions. The state already allows people to apply for medical exemptions for a series of five vaccinations that are required for children to enroll in public or private school.

NASA's enigmatic green lasers spotted by Japanese astronomer Signs of the Times

Japanese museum curator and astronomer Daichi Fujii spotted something irregular last September in several motion-sensing cameras he had set up: three brilliant green lights that streaked across the sky. After studying the footage and comparing it to orbital data, Fujii found the responsible party: NASA's Ice, Cloud and Land Elevation Satellite 2, or ICESat-2, which had flown over Japan that night. According to Tony Martino, an instrument scientist for the satellite, it's the first time the team has seen footage of the instrument's lasers pulsing through the sky. "ICESat-2 appeared to be almost directly overhead of [Fujii], with the beam hitting the low clouds at an angle," Martino said in a NASA release. "To see the laser, you have to be in the exact right place, at the right time, and you have to have the right conditions." https:// ICESat-2 launched in 2018 and is used to measure the height of Earth's surfaces. It is basically a space-based lidar scanner, similar to those used by...

Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) announced his reelection campaign Monday, ending speculation over whether the embattled congressman would run again after reports that he fabricated his resume and misled voters. But Santos faces an uphill fundraising battle, as his congressional campaign reported losing money during the first three months of 2023.

The campaign reported refunding $8,353 during the first quarter of the year and raising just $5,333, according to campaign financial disclosures filed Saturday with the Federal Election Commission.

I dont think Ive ever seen a worse report for an incumbent member of Congress, said Brett Kappel, an elections lawyer who has advised both Democrats and Republicans, told the New York Times in response to the news.

The embattled congressman was also notably excluded from a new joint fundraising committee, Protect the House New York 2024, which was formed to steer money to vulnerable House Republicans in New York. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) saying he would wait and see who else jumped into the GOP primary race.

Santos campaign, which reported $25,000 on hand at the end of March, raised $3 million during the 2022 election cycle. Santos flip...

Sudan: All-out war erupts in Sudan as rival military forces clash Signs of the Times

Casualties are mounting Smoldering tensions between rival armed forces erupted into all-out warfare in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum on Saturday, leaving at least 50 dead and 600 injured. What began as a peaceful clash over Sudan's political future is now a war for control of Africa's third-largest country . The battles pit the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) led by General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan against the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo -- who's also known as Hemedti and has served as Burhan's deputy head of state. The two generals united in a 2021 coup to take shared control of the country. However, recent months have seen mounting tensions between the SAF and RSF, as the generals have clashing positions in negotiations for the establishment of civilian government -- something the country's been trying to achieve since a 2019 revolution overthrew the 30-year reign of President Omar al-Bashir.

THC or CBD: Which Should I Choose? The Event Chronicle

If you are new to cannabis, choosing between products can be confusing. Two popular compounds found in cannabis are CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). When purchasing a cannabis product, you will often see packaging that describes the percentage of each compound in a product. Even if you just buy buds or flowers, you can find out their CBD or THC percentages by searching online or asking the budtender. In this post, we will explain the difference between these two compounds and provide some questions that will help you determine which is best for you.

Whats the difference between THC and CBD?

Source: genengnews.com

THC is the psychoactive component of the cannabis plant, meaning it can produce a high or altered mental state when consumed. When THC is consumed, it binds to CB1 receptors in the brain leading to the release of dopamine and inducing feelings of euphoria, pleasure, relaxation, and altered perception of time and space.

On the other hand, CBD is non-psychoactive and does not produce a high. When consumed, CBD can interact with both CB1 and CB2 receptors in the bodys endocannabinoid system, as well as other receptors and enzymes, to produce a variety of potential therapeutic effects such as pain relief and reduction of anxiety.

What is the desired result?

If you are new to using cannabis products, you may want to start with a CBD product, which does not produce the psychoactive effects associated with THC. Alternatively, you can choose a product with a low THC content such as hemp-derived D9 gummies to avoid feeling overwhelmed by your first experience.

In terms of therapeutic effects, CBD is often used for its...

Trump vows to crack down on Soros-funded DAs if elected president in 2024 Signs of the Times

In a campaign video published on Thursday, former President Donald Trump vowed to crack down on Soros-funded district attorneys that have taken office across the country if re-elected. "There is no more dire threat to the American way of life than the corruption and weaponization of our justice system. And it's happening all around us. If we cannot restore the fair and impartial rule of law, we will not be a free country. "As president, it will be my personal mission to restore the scales of justice in America. We want fairness and equality under the law. And to that end, I will appoint US attorneys who will be the polar opposite of the Soros district attorneys and others that are being appointed throughout the United States. Very unfair to our population, very unfair to our country. Trump stated: "These 100 attorneys would be the most ferocious legal warriors against crime and communist corruption that this country has ever seen. Scott Ritter: Pentagon leaks show that Ukraine can't win Signs of the Times

Anyone who has been following the ongoing Russian Special Military Operation (SMO) in Ukraine is aware that there has been talk of a Ukrainian "spring offensive" for some time now. Since early fall of last year, the government of Ukraine has been aggressively advocating for increased provision of specific kinds of military equipment tanks, artillery, infantry fighting vehicles, and modern jet aircraft top the list which would enable the armed forces of Ukraine to execute a major military offensive designed to penetrate the so-called "land bridge" connecting the Crimean Peninsula with Russia's Rostov region. In particular, the Ukrainian military appears to be planning for a concerted attack to capture the city of Mariupol and re-establish itself on the shores of the Sea of Azov. From here, the Ukrainian military would be able to subject the totality of the Crimean Peninsula to punishing attacks, the goal of which would be to break the fighting spirit of Russia and eventually...

Call the exorcist Signs of the Times

"Remember that all through history, there have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they seem invincible. But in the end, they always fall. Always." - Gandhi You might be among those who have noticed that the people in authority in our country appear increasingly insane. It ought to be self-evident that this is deeply disturbing, but I will explain anyway to allay any residual mystification. In a sane human society, authority is granted to those who are trustworthy. People earn trust by demonstrating their allegiance to reality. Things generally work better when the people running them maintain cordial relations with reality. Now, you understand why so many things don't work in the USA. What more subtle minds are asking these days is this: when does this insanity tip over into evil? Especially the insanity evinced in our authority figures. How about when someone positively denies reality in the act of doing harm. How about Rochelle Walensky, Director of the CDC. Ms. Walensky...

'A grave scandal': The administration of the second Catholic president won't stop targeting the church, experts warn Signs of the Times

The Biden administration has put Catholic individuals and organizations under an unprecedented level of scrutiny by using the FBI and Department of Justice to infiltrate churches and prosecute members, according to experts that spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation. President Joe Biden, the second Catholic president after John F. Kennedy, has talked about his faith on multiple occasions during his career, saying in 2012 that "my religion defines who I am," but the president's political positions on abortion and LGBTQ issues have put him and his administration at odds with the church on several occasions. The administration has been criticized for its attacks on the church, including issuing an FBI memo earlier this year calling traditional Catholics a domestic threat. Andrea Picciotti-Bayer, director of the Conscience Project and a fellow at the Institute of Human Ecology at the Catholic University of America, told the DCNF that the president's administration has "embraced the...

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warns 'digital cash' is 'ultimate mechanism' for 'control' Signs of the Times

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has issued a warning to the public that the global push for "digital cash" is being driven by an agenda to usher in an "ultimate mechanism" for "social surveillance and control." Kennedy, a candidate for the Democratic Party's 2024 nomination, is speaking out against central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). His comments come in direct contrast to top Democrats, including President Joe Biden, who are aggressively advancing plans to replace physical cash with a "digital dollar." The nephew of former President John F. Kennedy made it clear that he's pro-digital and financial freedom by opposing CBDCs, calling out de-banking, and blasting Digital IDs. Kennedy's criticism of CBDCs comes as the Biden administration prepares to launch FedNow. FedNow is an instant payment infrastructure developed by the Federal Reserve that's set to launch in July. Kennedy warns that FedNow is "the first step toward a CBDC." 114 countries, which represent more than 95% of the world's...

After Russia's invasion blocked some Black Sea ports, large quantities of Ukrainian grain, which is cheaper than that produced in the EU, ended up staying in Central European states due to logistical bottlenecks, hitting prices and sales for local farmers. The issue has created a political problem for Poland's ruling nationalist Law and Justice party in an election year, as it has angered people in rural areas where support for the party is usually high. A spokesman, in an e-mailed statement said: "We are aware of Poland and Hungary's announcements regarding the ban on imports of grain and other agricultural products from Ukraine. In this context, it is important to underline that trade policy is of EU exclusive competence and,...

Aussie trans basketballer Lexi Rodgers is blocked from playing in the women's WNBL1 competition Signs of the Times

Transgender basketballer Lexi Rodgers has lashed Basketball Australia for its decision to block her application to join the Kilsyth Cobras women's side in the WNBL1 South basketball league. The decision came after a three-person panel assembled by Basketball Australia concluded that Rodgers was ineligible to play elite-level basketball. However Rodgers has slammed the decision and vowed to continue to fight to pursue her basketball career. 'I sought a different outcome from Basketball Australia. I participated fully and in good faith with the process and eligibility criteria. Consistent with the views expressed by so many, I firmly believe I have a place as an athlete in women's basketball,' she wrote on Instagram.

Could Fauci realistically be prosecuted under RICO statutes? Signs of the Times

I have previously made the case that Anthony Fauci should be indicted and prosecuted for negligent homicide both for his vaccine lies as well as for his reckless funding of illicit-gain-of-function research in a now-infamous Wuhan, China biolab. Here, we will explore his potential legal exposure under the federal RICO statute. The 1970 RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) Statute was ostensibly crafted, in the Department of Justice's framing, to "strengthen the legal tools in evidence gathering... and new remedies for dealing with the unlawful activities of those engaged in organized crime."

Bud Light smooths things over with new ad featuring drag queen waving American flag Signs of the Times

After suffering significant public relations and financial backlash after making trans activist and TikTok personality Dylan Mulvaney a spokesperson, parent company Anheuser-Busch is confident their new Bud Light commercial featuring a drag queen waving American flags will fix everything. "We've definitely learned our lesson!" said Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth in a statement released along with the new ad. "We heard the public outcry and we've obviously seen the impact of our mistake on our bottom line and our stock price. That's why we've created this new ad returning to our strong, patriotic roots. Who isn't inspired by a drag queen waving the good ol' red, white, and blue?" The beverage giant's marketing department was sent back to the drawing board to perform damage control on the Mulvaney situation, settling on an emotionally stirring commercial depicting a flamboyantly dressed, flag-waving drag queen riding a star-spangled chariot pulled by the iconic Budweiser...

Heckler shouts down Adam Schiff after he bashes Donald Trump during NY crime hearing Signs of the Times

A heckler called out Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California for talking about former President Donald Trump at a Monday hearing on crime in New York City. "You're the only one talking about Donald Trump," a protester said, cutting off Schiff as he claimed the House Judiciary Committee's Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government hearing was more about defending Donald Trump, then labeling the Congressman a "scumbag." "This is not a coincidence at all," Schiff said. "Instead, it is the GOP leadership in Congress doing what it has done best for the last six years, and that is to act as the criminal defense counsel for Donald J. Trump."

Biden Regime Allowed Migrant Children to Work in Brutal Conditions, Whistleblowers Fired for Reporting Widespread Exploitation CLG News

Biden Regime Allowed Migrant Children to Work in Brutal Conditions, Whistleblowers Fired for Reporting Widespread Exploitation | 17 April 2023 | ...Over the past two years, more than 250,000 migrant children have come alone to the United States. Thousands of children have ended up in punishing jobs across the country -- working overnight in slaughterhouses, replacing roofs, operating machinery in factories -- all in violation of child labor laws, a recent Times investigation showed. After the article's publication in February, the White House announced policy changes and a crackdown on companies that hire children. But all along, there were signs of the explosive growth of this labor force and warnings that the Biden administration ignored or missed, The Times has found. Again and again, veteran government staffers and outside contractors told the Health and Human Services Department, including in reports that reached Secretary Xavier Becerra, that children appeared to be at risk. The Labor Department put out news releases noting an increase in child labor. Senior White House aides were shown evidence of exploitation, such as clusters of migrant children who had been found working with industrial equipment or caustic chemicals.

James Webb telescope keeps finding galaxies that shouldn't exist Signs of the Times

NASA's James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) keeps spotting galaxies that are too big to exist, scientists have claimed. Six of these star clusters are far too massive to be the age their data suggests they are, which is between 500 and 700 million years old. This means that, unless the data has been analysed incorrectly, there is still something fundamental to learn about how galaxies formed after the Big Bang. 'If the masses are right, then we are in uncharted territory,' said the study's author, Dr Mike Boylan-Kolchin from the University of Texas at Austin. One theory is that the universe expanded much more quickly after the Big Bang than is currently assumed.

"The High and Mighty Become The Low and Downtrodden. The Beautiful People Become Ugly. Living Leaves a Mark." Reflections in a Petri Dish

 Dog Poet Transmitting.......

As I wandered This Wasteland Earth recently, I found an article that I later ran across again because it got legs. This man had it all for some years. He was a top-tier celebrity with all the perks. People worshiped him because... in Times of Material Darkness... that is what people do. Then The Virus that Wasn't showed up... pretended to show up. It was never there, to begin with. They simply gave the old flu a new name.

COVID was the means by which to introduce The Killer Vaccine of The Usual Suspects. It seems they owned and ran every one of the manufacturers of demons' blood. I call it that because it is a medium by which possession is effected; if it doesn't kill you first. Oh... let's not be coy. It does both. One thing it certainly does is ruin your quality of life.

I mentioned 'clean-freak sociopaths' recently. Howard Stern comes to mind. He also dropped out of sight (at a certain level) for some time following The Scamdemic. I am not suggesting that Nicholson fits that persona. He always struck me more as a Good Time Charlie. Tom Cruise fits the bill more, and he had that germaphobe thing. Stern wouldn't leave his house. Tom's weirdness is more complex.

They all fear Death.

It amuses me no end that these people think they can bypass The Angel of Death by being clean-freaks and playing avoidance games; Doctor Faust, I presume?

Here are these big-time players going in fear of fake hazards. I never wore a mask except for the handful of times when I had no choice and they were separated by months at a time. I will be a fan of Safeway from now on because they NEVER enforced a mask mandate; at least the one where I live didn't, but... that could have been my invisible friends.

Yes... I have invisible friends who are many... many... many... many... many... times more powerful than ALL the visible friends anyone can have at any time on this Earth. Am I spechul? Well... I am unique, but... so are you. We are all unique.

How did you get the friends you have? Part of it was the magic of the law of attraction that works in the lives of all of us, and... you cultivated them too, didn't you? The love...

BEST OF THE WEB: An Honest Doctor's Experiences on the Front Lines During COVID-19 Signs of the Times

This is an important testimony to add to the historical record. When I originally made this Substack, I found myself in a very frustrating position I had something I felt was essential for the world to know (that we were repeating the disastrous smallpox vaccination campaign, its cruel mandates, and the widespread counterprotests against them by the working class). Still, I had no way to get the message out. I tried to find a way to do so for a while, and eventually, Steve Kirsch generously gave me a platform to do so. Because of this, I have a considerable degree of empathy with people who find themselves in a similar position to mine. Thus one of my goals in building the subscriber base here has been to make that platform available to those in a similar situation to me, and I periodically publish compelling things readers share with me I believe are accurate (e.g., this citizen's survey of blood clots amongst the vaccinated). Recently a longtime reader contacted me to share his...

Arsonists George Monbiot

This government runs on dirty money. Thats why its torching the planet.

By George Monbiot, published in the Guardian 29th March 2023

Money for the criminals, prison for the heroes: this, in brief, is the governments climate policy. If something is damaging to the public interest, its likely to be rewarded and subsidised. If its beneficial, it will find itself in a hostile environment.

This government represents the denouement of the Pollution Paradox: as dirty money has the greatest incentive to invest in politics, it comes to run the whole system. Across these 13 years of misrule, we have seen the perversities of Conservative government multiply and intensify.

Thursday was supposed to be green day, when the government, forced to act by a court ruling, would unveil a new, more detailed plan for achieving net zero emissions. Instead, the occasion has been rebranded energy security day.

Rather than announce the comprehensive change required to defend Earth systems, Rishi Sunaks government will defend the fossil fuel industry from its competitors. It is likely to set no meaningful new green targets: instead, it will pump money into false solutions, such as carbon capture and storage, which has not materialised at scale for 20 years and never will. This fabled technologys purpose is to justify fossil fuel extraction, on the grounds that one day the carbon emissions could be buried. Sunak will also promote sustainable aviation fuel, though there is, and can be, no such thing.

Worse still, he is likely to announce the licensing of a huge new oilfield: Rosebank. Its development, by the Norwegian state company Equinor, will be almost entirely subsidised by the UKs tax relief for new oil and gas development. While Sunak will doubtless justify this generosity by claiming that it helps secure our future energy supplies, 80% of the oil the field produces is likely to be exported.

This tax relief is a massive but little-known scandal. The government hands back 91p out of every pound it harvests from the energy profits levy, to fund oil and gas investments. It thus creates a major incentive for fossil fuel companies to open new wells. Yet the science is clear: if we ar...

A Road Paved with Irritations Dissident Voice

Emmanuel Macrons recent visit to China did not quite go according to plan, though much depends on what was planned to begin with. In one sense, the French President was consistent, riding the hobbyhorse of Europes strategic autonomy, one hived off from the US imperium and free of Chinese influence.

Europes third-way autonomy would be a mighty thing for the Elyse Palace, especially given French pretensions in steering it. After all, Frau Mutti Merkel is no longer de facto European chief, presiding over the bloc with matronly care. Her successor, Chancellor Olaf Scholz, is finding himself caught in undergrowth, a difficult thing at times for the continents largest economy, and the globes fourth.

What, then, of the fuss? In the first place, Macron had company on his Beijing visit: on his first day of the trip, the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen had decided to come along. This was never going to go well, given their respective views over the Middle Kingdom. Von der Leyen, for one, uses a larded management approach to Beijing, ringing the relationship with restrictions and signals of constipation. On Taiwans status, she sticks to the warring line embraced by policy makers stretching from Canberra to Washington. Macron, at least in one sense, understands the power of China to be not only inextinguishable but a logical weight against the US.

The fuss then began in earnest with Macrons remarks, made on his plane, the Cotam Unit, after the three-day visit. To reporters from Politico and Les Echos, he began conventionally, reiterating the view that Europe should be a third power, a counterweight to Washington and Beijing. But it was his remarks on Taiwan that caused some bristling across a number of quarters. Do we [Europeans], he posed to Les Echos, have an interest in speeding up on the subject of Taiwan? No. The worst of things would be to think that we Europeans must be followers on this subject and adapt ourselves to an American rhythm and a Chinese overreaction.

The mania over Taiwans fate constituted a potential trap for Europe, landing it in crises that are not ours. The heating up of the US-Sino conflict would frustrate European ambitions, be it in terms of time or finance, to develop our own strategic autonomy and we will become vassals, whereas we could become the third pole [in the world order] if we have a few years to develop this.

Those familiar with the Macron recipe have seen it before. An interview of frankness acts as kindling. The fire rages. Then come the explainers, clarifications, points of qualification. The fire abates. In 2019, he warned of NATO...

Forests, Fires, and Biomass Dissident Voice

A huge climate/environmental justice issue is looming over Sonoma County and the rest of California. A hungry monster is currently chomping up our trees and forests and burning them for power generation, converting them into fuel pellets for shipping overseas to European and Asian markets for burning, or turning them into biofuels for aviation. Exported fuel pellets are also burned for energy generation. Biomass energy (bioenergy) is being called renewable energy. It is taking away critical funds for real renewables like solar and wind energy.

Biofuels and biomass energy are not clean, not carbon neutral, and not sustainable. In fact, they are highly polluting, emitting tons of carbon dioxide, carcinogens and toxins which are damaging to human health and the environment and impact low income communities the most. Biomass energy facilities process and burn mature trees and wood; carbon that is being sequestered and stored in forests that take decades to centuries to grow. This form of energy is not renewable because trees that have taken decades to grow are being cut down and replaced by seedlings. Soil is destroyed and carbon stored in the soil is lost during the logging process. The top climate and fire scientists are saying that harvesting mature trees to supposedly save them from fire increases carbon emissions rather than preventing them. In many locations, seedlings do not survive when they are replanted in severely damaged soils. Biomass energy is not carbon neutral because the largest, mature trees sequester and store the most carbon. Cutting them down releases carbon into the atmosphere and prevents future carbon storage and sequestration. Billions of dollars of federal, state and county money, including our tax dollars, are going into the clearing of forests and to heavily subsidizing the creation of the biomass industry. It is an expensive source of non-renewable energy, and our climate is directly impacted. There are plans to capture the carbon dioxide and pump it underground, but that is a false climate solution.

DRAX is a huge company in the UK. The wood has mostly been coming from the U.S. It is rapidly becoming a more local issue too. Greenpeace has released a short video on Youtube about this environmental racism.

An August 2020 article in Mendocino Voice presents reactions of Calpella residents to a forest products pellet plant in Mendocino: Calpella area residents protest Mendocino Forest Products pellet plant.

Fuel pellet plants are also being planned in Lassen and Tuolomne Counties which rely on exporting wood from California forests to be burned for energy in Asia.

AI is going to turn everyone into a designer Fast Company

As AI becomes a fixture in the modern workplace, we need to start thinking about design literacy for non-designers.

I was recently chatting about emerging technology with a creative director at one of my favorite New York agencies, and his approach to artificial intelligence took me by surprise. While there is a lot of speculation about whether AI is a friend or a foe right now, he was steadfast in his belief that AI is firmly in the friend category. For him, AI can serve as a valuable colleaguea creative partner, so to speakthat can generate ideas, provide fodder for creative riffing, and ultimately bolster team output. A New Approach to Computation Reimagines Artificial Intelligence Terra Forming Terra

This is really welcom and is getting much closer to how our brain obviously works.   what we have relyed on never quite did that.  Now check these last two sentences for errors.  Now imagine a parallel page with the correction and possibly a whole bunch of errors.  Now you go back and choose the best choice to produce a better text.

Too bad spell check cannot do that while preserving meaning as well.

That is the key point to having a superior logic system that emulates our brain.  Then learn how to also remember the future as well.

A New Approach to Computation Reimagines Artificial Intelligence

By imbuing enormous vectors with semantic meaning, we can get machines to reason more abstractly and efficiently than before.

https://www.quantamagazine.org/a-new-approach-to-computation-reimagines-artificial-intelligence-20230413/

Despite the wild success of ChatGPT and other large language models, the artificial neural networks (ANNs) that underpin these systems might be on the wrong track.

For one, ANNs are super power-hungry, said Cornelia Fermller, a computer scientist at the University of Maryland. And the other issue is [their] lack of transparency. Such systems are so complicated that no one truly understands what theyre doing, or why they work so well. This, in turn, makes it almost impossible to get them to reason by analogy, which is what humans do using symbols for objects, id...

What is wrong with our DIET? Terra Forming Terra

Not quite so simple of course because all our industrial foods need to use these dogs in order to have a stable shelf life.  No one likes a rancid product.

So just how do we beat it all?  I am getting tired of advice that is actually impossible to follow.  It is certainly impossible to actually change out the industry over night either.  Yet that is what is indicated as necessary by our meta stats.

We really do need to go there.  In the meantime, we can at best rend in the right dfirection.  India has the right of it by using Ghee.  Since our whole agriculture needs to switch up to a working pasture rotation, it may even be possible.  This will drive recarbonization of all farmland as well..

Animals without a brain still form associative memories Terra Forming Terra

Well yes.  This means that our whole nervous system is working as a network and may be substantively independent of our obvious brain.

Once we separate the human brain from all those other observed brains, things tend to get much simpler and more like a convenient grand central station, rather than a think tank.

And here we have critters that do just that.  There is so much we do not know and here we are seeing the whole notion of brain centrality overturned.  It is now central sort of.  After all we already know that we cannot rely on our brain to handle a saber toothed tiger.  That used to be rather important.  Now i understand an observer flinching to avoid an ambush attack by a Giant Sloth.

Animals without a brain still form associative memories

Cnidarians like anemones and corals have a nerve net, but that seems to be enough.

Our brains are filled with lots of specialized structures that do things like process visual information, handle memories, or interpret language. One of the ways we try to understand what a brain is capable of is by comparing it with the brains of other specieswhat structures are present in the brain, and what behaviors those brains support.

But what if the animal doesn't have a brain? Presumably, most of the behaviors we've looked at require at least some sort o...

Deagels Depopulation Premonitions for 2025 Revisited Terra Forming Terra

This describes rather well the intent and the plan sponsored by the NWO and supported by the CCP.  Aspects of this plan are also emerging as well which makes it less than a vivid imagination.  It also supports that plausible loss of four billion folks.

There is plenty of evidence that such a plan is in place and has been substancially implimented.  I also believe that it has been to some degree countered, but that may well be promoted wishful thinking by the NWO.

That is how difficult this all is, and all in the name of deliberate depopulation whose thinking completely escapes me.  These are all stupid people who may well be pulling this off and all because none of us can really think this way.  Just like Hitler and their Eugenics.

I expect that the JAB will fail in its task and that enemy will be vanquished.  Then Terraforming Terra will become a thing.  If not none of us will be there to care anyway and the scum of the earth will rule the earth.  WWIII has been fought before our eyes and few even know.  Listen to the silence.

China v Taiwan The Draft Begins Armstrong Economics

Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that he is preparing for war. The military budget will grow by about 7.2% this year after it has already doubled over the past decade. This is not a sudden decision. China has been quietly positioning itself for quite some time and has taken notes over Russias missteps with Ukraine. The Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) is now drafting soldiers, and veterans and college-educated students will be at the top of the list.

Wars are now fought through intelligence and strategies rather than pure brute strength. The PLA is seeking out both women and men and is particularly interested in those with a STEM background. Chinas announcement comes after Texas Republican Rep. Michael McCaul visited Taiwan to provide deterrence to China. Worse, McCaul told the international press that America would fight alongside Taiwan if Congress approved.

In typical political fashion, McCaul proposed a world war! Taiwan is in a very different position from Ukraine, McCaul said. Number one, theyre not battle tested or ready. They are not prepared for war. His solution? When you look at Ukraine, they had NATO supporting them. You dont have NATO in the Pacific, he continued. Thats why when looking at Japan, South Korea, Phi...

US Troops on the Ground in Ukraine Armstrong Economics

Its official the US is at war with Russia. This is no longer a proxy war regardless of whether an official declaration has been made. Washington confirmed that there is a small U.S. military presence, but only made the admission after the Pentagon data leak. National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby insists American soldiers are not fighting on the battlefield.

I wont talk to the specifics of numbers and that kind of thing. But to get to your exact question, there is a small U.S. military presence at the embassy in conjunction with the Defense Attachs office to help us work on accountability of the material that is going in and out of Ukraine, Kirby said, claiming the troops are connecting to a specific embassy. The initial data leak showed that there are also at least 50 troops from the UK on the ground in Ukraine, along with military personnel from 33 NATO nations.

The New York Times reported on Monday morning that NATO members are amassing their troops along the border. NATO is rapidly moving from what the military calls deterrence by retaliation to deterrence by denial. In the past, the theory was that if the Russians invaded, member states would try to hold on until allied forces, mainly American...

Welcome to the New Totalitarian One World Government Armstrong Economics

QUESTION: Marty, You are the only worthwhile analyst. You were alerting us a year ago that the IMF was creating its own digital currency. We have all these people claiming this will kill the dollar just as they proclaimed the euro when that was created. It is also well known that you were called in about revising the world monetary system numerous times. I heard that you were called in on this one and refused to assist them. You warned back in May of 2021 that the IMF was creating a new reserve digital currency.

Is this all part of the rise of the United Nations, World Bank, and IMF all becoming this one world government? I that why you declined to get involved?

LW

ANSWER: I am not at liberty to speak to issues where I am solicited. Suffice it to say, I took no part in creating this currency. This is part of what I have been warning about digital currency. They can restrict its use and anyone who thinks that somehow Bitcoin will be some independent white knight rushing in to save the day, they have drank too much of the cool aid.

Look, try depositing $10,000 in cash. Watch what happens. I have a friend who owns a bar in a college town. He takes in a lot of cash because the customers often do not have credit cards. Some banks did not even want to accept an account from him. Others required inspection and monitoring because cash CAN BE a way to launder money. Europe has been restricting cash to transactions capped at 1,000.

Judge denies Washington state activist's attempt to hide radical curriculum from public Signs of the Times

The Post Millennial has now obtained and is reviewing radical curricula used in public schools around the US after a Washington State Superior Court judge rejected a restraining order aimed at blocking the release of the material. In January, Ari Hoffman, The Post Millennial's West Coast editor, filed a public disclosure request (PDR) to view all curricula developed by Washington Ethnic Studies Now (WAESN) that was in use in Washington state public schools. Hoffman filed the request after it was revealed that the founder of the organization Tracy Castro Gill claimed that white, Jewish people benefit from systems of oppression that disenfranchise people of color. After the PDR was filed, Castro Gill was informed on January 4 by Matt Schultz, Chief Legal and Civil Rights officer for Washington's Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) that the request had been made as per an agreement already in place when the agency began working with Castro Gill's organization and...

Kyrsten Sinemas campaign rakes in money from Wall Street, big banks and prominent Republicans Original Journalism from OpenSecrets News

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.) raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars from Wall Street firm employees, big bank PACs and several prominent Republicans during the first three months of 2023, according to new campaign finance disclosures filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Arizonas 2024 U.S. Senate race is rated a toss-up by the Cook Political Report, setting the stage for an expensive battle as control of the chamber hangs on a razor-thin balance. Sinema has not yet announced her reelection bid, but shes reportedly preparing to defend her seat.

Sinema changed her affiliation from Democrat to independent in December, which means a reelection announcement would spark a contentious three-way race between the independent incumbent and Republican and Democratic nominees. Democrats have rallied around Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-Ariz.), who announced his Senate bid in January.

Gallego outraised Sinema during the first three months of 2023 $3.7 million to $2.1 million. But Sinemas campaign reported $10 million on hand as of March 31, several times Gallegos $2.7 million on hand. Neither candidates leadership PAC filed an April quarterly report with the FEC.

The first Republican to jump into the high-profile Senate contest is Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, who built a reputation in Arizona for his defiance of COVID-19 lockdowns, criticism of President...

Ancient DNA reveals the multiethnic structure of Mongolia's first nomadic empire Signs of the Times

The Xiongnu dominated the Eurasian steppes two millennia ago and foreshadowed the rise of the Mongol Empire. The Xiongnu, contemporaries of Rome and Egypt, built their nomadic empire on the Mongolian steppe 2,000 years ago, emerging as Imperial China's greatest rival and even inspiring the construction of China's Great Wall. In a new study researchers find that the Xiongnu were a multiethnic empire, with high genetic diversity found across the empire and even within individual extended elite families. At the fringes of the empire, women held the highest positions of power, and the highest genetic diversity was found among low-status male servants, giving clues to the process of empire building that gave rise to Asia's first nomadic imperial power. Long obscured in the shadows of history, the world's first nomadic empire - the Xiongnu - is at last coming into view thanks to painstaking archaeological excavations and new ancient DNA evidence. Arising on the Mongolian steppe 1,500...

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: To Heal the Great Divide Dissident Voice

It has been fifty-five years since Senator Robert F. Kennedy stepped onto the presidential nominating stage to try to mend the massive breach that had opened in American society.  The country was torn asunder by the Vietnam War, racism, poverty, the assassination of President Kennedy and the soon-to-be assassination of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Chaos reigned as Lyndon Johnson lied and Richard Nixon matched him in verbal and actual treachery.  A war between Middle America and the elites running the government was breaking out across the country.  A great divide between whites and blacks, rich and poor, the working class and the upper class was opening wide.  The Tet Offensive had just ripped the face off the official lies about the course of the war in Vietnam and the emperor, Lyndon Jonson, stood naked and would soon announce that he would not run again.

On March 16, 1968, Senator Kennedy declared his candidacy with these words:

I do not run for the presidency merely to oppose any man but to propose new policies. I run because I am convinced that this country is on a perilous course and because I have such strong feelings about what must be done, and I feel that Im obliged to do all that I can.

I run to seek new policies policies to end the bloodshed in Vietnam and in our cities, policies to close the gaps that now exist between black and white, between rich and poor, between young and old, in this country and around the rest of the world.

By the end of 1968, a plague year if there ever were one, Richard Nixon, together with his goon squad, prepared to occupy the White House, Vietnam raged on, and everything King and Kennedy stood for seemed lost.  Ignorance, vituperation, and the divide-and-conquer technique long practiced by the power elites set into the body politic like a deadly cancer.  Something died, all hope seemed lost, and the perilous course RFK spoke of was never stopped.  Jackals with polished faces have sat in the White House ever since.

Today hope is resurrected.  Enter Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. center stage who will declare his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for president on Wednesday, April 19, in Boston, Massachusetts.

The wheel of history has turned and 2023 resembles 1968 in many ways while getting worse in others.  The divide in the country remains but has greatly widened.  The CIA and the intelligence agencies totally control the mainstream media now.  The Pentagons budget has increased exponentially.  The U.S. wages a savage war against Russia in Ukraine under the blatant lie of defending freedom while supporting Nazis and greatly risking nuclear war.  It provokes war with China.  Permanent war is government policy with military bases and CIA and special forces all over the world, waging semi-clandestine wars, or maybe just wars that people dont want to know about.  The gap between the rich and the poor has widened while the elites mock wor...

'Shocking' number of rapes in UK hospitals revealed Signs of the Times

Only 4% of reported assaults ended in someone being charged, women's rights activists said. Despite the prevalence of CCTV and security guards, more than 6,500 rapes and sexual assaults - some against children under 13 - have been committed in hospitals in England and Wales since 2019, according to a report by the Women's Rights Network (WRN) published on Monday. A least 2,088 rapes and 4,451 sexual assaults in hospitals were recorded by police forces in the UK between January 2019 and October 2022, the organization said, citing Freedom of Information requests to 43 police forces. One in seven of these attacks took place inside hospital wards, the report stated. Among the crimes reported were the rape of a female child under 13 and the gang rape of a female over 16 in two West Midlands hospitals. Three rapes of a female under 16 were reported in Cambridgeshire, while six girls under the age of 13 were raped in Lancashire, the report alleges.

Pentagon "Leaks": 5 ways to tell REAL from FAKE Signs of the Times

We promised a longer take on the Pentagon "leaks", and here it goes. Regular readers will probably be familiar with my view on leaked documents in general, but if you're not allow me to quote my own 2019 article on the (absurd) "Afghanistan papers": An awful lot of modern "leaks" are no such thing. They are Orwellian exercises in controlling the conversation [...] carefully making sure the "establishment" and the "alternative" are joined in the middle, controlled from the same source. That's not to say ALL "leaks" are automatically and ubiquitously narrative control exercises, clearly some are real...but it's usually pretty easy to tell them apart. In fact here's a little checklist. 1. If your "leak" tells you stuff you already know, it's probably a fake leak. "Leaking" widely known, publicly available information is a very common tactic. In the Pentagon "leaks", for example, it was "revealed" that the US has been spying on South Korea, Israel and Ukraine. But the US spies on...

Sea-level rise caused by crustal subsidence contributed to Viking abandonment of Greenland, researchers believe Signs of the Times

Vikings occupied Greenland from roughly 985 to 1450, farming and building communities before abandoning their settlements and mysteriously vanishing. Why they disappeared has long been a puzzle, but a new paper from the Harvard University Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences (EPS) determines that one factor rising sea level likely played a major role. "There are many theories as to what exactly happened," to drive the Vikings from their settlements in Greenland, said Marisa J. Borreggine, lead author of the "Sea-Level Rise in Southwest Greenland as a Contributor to Viking Abandonment," which published this week [April 17] in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS). "There's been a shift in the narrative away from the idea that the Vikings completely failed to adapt to the environment and toward arguments that they were faced with a myriad of challenges, ranging from social unrest, economic turmoil, political issues, and environmental change," said...

Russian school shooter gets life in prison Signs of the Times

The Supreme Court of Russia's Tatarstan Region has delivered a verdict in the case of a school shooter who killed nine people and injured dozens two years ago. Ilnaz Galyaviev will spend the rest of his life in prison. On Thursday, the 21-year-old was found guilty of murder and attempted murder of two or more people, as well as possession of explosives and deliberate destruction of property. The shooter's defense attorney had asked the court to exempt Galyaviev from criminal liability and send him to a psychiatric institution instead. The judge, however, sided with the public prosecutor. Back in November, the shooter pleaded guilty to the murder charges. On May 11, 2021, Galyaviev, armed with a shotgun and an improvised explosive device, forced his way into a school, severely wounding a guard at the entrance. The young man then proceeded to fatally shoot a teacher. He subsequently killed seven eighth-graders, with several children managing to flee by jumping out of windows from the...

How could they call the vax 'safe' with doubled pregnancy loss rates, raised fetal abnormality rates and concentration of lipid nanoparticles in ovaries? Signs of the Times

The mRNA vaccines were released globally in early 2021 with the slogan 'safe and effective'. Unusually for a new class of medicine, they were soon recommended by public health authorities for pregnant women. By late 2021, working age women, including those who were pregnant, were being thrown out of employment for not agreeing to be injected. Those who took the mRNA vaccines did so based on trust in health authorities - the assumption being that they would not have been approved if the evidence was not absolutely clear. The role of regulatory agencies was to protect the public and, therefore, if they were approved, the drugs were safe. Recently, a lengthy vaccine evaluation report sponsored by Pfizer and submitted to the Australian regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) dated January 2021 was released under a Freedom of Information request. The report contains significant new information that had been supressed by the TGA and by Pfizer itself. Much of this relates...

Market Talk April 17, 2023 Armstrong Economics

ASIA:

Chinas top central banker told attendees at an international finance meeting in Washington on Friday that rapid interest rate hikes and recent bank failures in Western countries were the major sources of global instability. Yi Gang, the governor of the Peoples Bank of China, also attributed worldwide inflation in energy prices to geopolitical conflicts but did not link it to Russias invasion of Ukraine. Elaborating on the many risks the world economy faces, Yi put the uncertainty around high inflation at the top of the list.

Indias Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, has stated that the biggest threats to Indias economic growth come from external forces such as higher oil prices and the impacts of Russias war in Ukraine. Possible recessions in the US or other developed countries could also hurt Indias exports, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Indias economy is currently showing signs of fatigue due to high interest rates, resulting in slower growth. In the October-December period, growth eased to 4.4%, from 6.3% in the previous quarter, due to declining consumption and investments. Sitharaman was in the US to attend the International Monetary Funds Spring Meetings and to co-chair the Group of 20 finance chiefs gathering.

Putin signs new conscription law Signs of the Times

Russia will start serving summons electronically, using a digital database of eligible citizens... Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday signed into law amended conscription and mobilization rules, establishing a unified digital database of citizens subject to military service. The measure was fast-tracked through the legislature in Moscow in less than a week. The Ministry of Digital Development was tasked with establishing the registry, which will be operated by the Ministry of Defense. The government will draw on its existing databases to populate the registry, including tax, election, medical, police and court records, and those drawn from employers and universities. The register will help track the summons sent out to eligible conscripts not just by mail but now also electronically, using the "appropriate" platforms, such as the state services portal 'Gosuslugi'. The summons will be considered served within seven days of being posted to the registry. From the moment the...

The IMF has just unveiled a new global currency known as the "Universal Monetary Unit" that Is supposed to revolutionize the world economy Signs of the Times

A new global currency just launched, but 99 percent of the global population has no idea what just happened. This should set off alarm bells for all of us, because the widespread adoption of a new "global currency" would be a giant step forward for the globalist agenda. The IMF did not create this new currency, but it was unveiled at a major IMF gathering earlier this week... Germany shuts down its last nuclear power stations Signs of the Times

Germany is about to shut down its last three nuclear reactors. For the country's Green Party, it's a long-held dream come true. Meanwhile in Asia, nuclear power is experiencing a renaissance, despite Fukushima. At the end of March, Germany's Environment Minister Steffi Lemke of the Green Party used just a few words to put an end to the dispute that has kept the country in suspense for years: "The risks of nuclear power are ultimately uncontrollable; that's why the nuclear phase-out makes our country safer, and avoids more nuclear waste." Nuclear power extended to April 15 Last year, the government found itself once again caught up in a dispute over nuclear power. In their coalition agreement, the governing SPD, Greens, and the FDP had agreed to stick to Germany's nuclear phase-out, which was decided under Chancellor Angela Merkel in 2011. Accordingly, the last nuclear power plants were to close at the end of 2022. But Russia's invasion of Ukraine changed everything, because Russian...

Ukraine's EU backers skeptical of counteroffensive - Bloomberg Signs of the Times

The news outlet claims hopes have been dampened, with a 30 km (20 mile) advance now seen as a realistic objective... Some EU nations supporting Ukraine have started to doubt whether Kiev will be able to recapture large swathes of territory this year, Bloomberg has reported. Even a modest advance would likely result in heavy casualties among Ukrainian personnel and require considerable amounts of ammunition and hardware, the outlet claimed, citing anonymous EU officials. In an article on Friday, Bloomberg alleged that the high hopes prevalent among Ukraine's backers late last year, after Kiev's troops managed to regain a large area, have now mostly dissipated. Fewer people in Western capitals are counting on a decisive push in 2023, with the fighting expected to continue well into next year. The news agency quoted unnamed European officials "involved in efforts to support Ukraine's military" as predicting that a realistic goal for Kiev would be a 30 km (20 mile) advance. This, if...

Mike Pence booed during NRA convention speech Signs of the Times

Former Vice President Mike Pence received a not so warm welcome during his appearance at the annual National Rifle Association (NRA) convention on Friday afternoon. After being introduced by NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre, Pence faced loud boos from across the room as attendees expressed what appeared to be a strong dislike for the former vice president and attempted to drown out those applauding him. "Well hello NRA," Pence began, to more boos.

Iran sentences 10 military members to prison in 2020 downing of Ukrainian airliner that killed 176 Signs of the Times

Iran has sentenced 10 members of the armed forces to prison on charges of involvement in the 2020 downing of a Ukrainian airliner that killed 176 people, according to the Iranian judiciary's website. Mizan Online on April 16 reported that a commander was sentenced to 10 years in prison while nine others received terms of one to three years. "Examining this case has been one of the most important, sensitive, and complex judicial processes in the last few years of the country. The commander's action in leading the downing of the craft "was due to his ignorance of the situation and his misplaced belief that the discovered target was hostile." Ukraine International Airlines flight PS752 crashed on January 8, 2020, while en route to Kyiv, killing all 176 people on board. Days after official denials, Iran admitted that a unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) had inadvertently shot down the plane amid heightened tensions with the United States over the U.S. drone...

What will the Net Zero by 2050 target really mean? Signs of the Times

If they are really serious: a colder, hungrier population with extremely limited freedom. And it seems people were very surprised to hear that.. Two days ago I posted what I thought would be quite an innocuous twitter thread about the implications of the UK Government's target of "net zero" by 2050. Specifically, I showed this graphic from the UK Government funded FIRES project that summarised their recommended necessary strategy to achieve net zero by 2050 based only on evolutionary technological developments (the report it's from has been around since 2021 and I've even posted about it before): Now, for clarification "net zero" means total greenhouse gas emissions (including methane) must be less than their removals (such as from planting trees). The FIRES report instead focused on an absolute zero target because they recognise the absence of novel revolutionary scalable technologies for 1) capture and removal of these gases; and 2) non-fossil fuel mass transportation and energy...

The Judiciary Committee's top Democrat wants everyone to know that surging Big Apple crime is only an illusion manufactured by the party's political enemies. Manhattan Congressman Jerry Nadler said he will come out swinging in defense of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg during the panel's Monday hearing in New York. The hearing will focus on the victims of Bragg's soft-on-crime policies.

Fallout: Leaked Pentagon docs reveal Taiwan unready for China strike Signs of the Times

Secret military documents reportedly included in the mass Discord leak posted by Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira reveal critical weaknesses in Taiwan's air defenses. The classified Pentagon assessments of the island nation's military readiness state that Taiwan officials themselves question their ability to "accurately detect missile launches" from China, the Washington Post reported Saturday. US analysts found that only half of Taiwan's aircraft would be "fully mission capable" in the event of a Chinese attack and suggested that Beijing could successfully control Taiwan's airspace if it chose to invade. Last week, three days of Chinese "combat readiness patrols" signaled a warning to independent Taiwan, which China claims as its own territory. Here's what we know about Jack Teixeira and the leaked docs

All hell breaks out in Chicago as hundreds of teenagers wreak havoc Signs of the Times

A trend of lawlessness has unfolded in cities run by progressive leaders this spring. The latest incident occurred on Saturday night in Downtown Chicago, where hundreds of teenagers wreaked havoc by smashing car windows and destroying public and private property. They also attempted to enter Millennium Park, which prompted a significant police response. There was even a shooting that resulted in multiple injuries. FOX 32 Chicago reported massive crowds of teenagers that unleashed chaos in the downtown district last night. Besides the rogue kids smashing and breaking anything in their sight, there were reports of shots fired and two teenagers wounded by gunfire near the corner of Madison and Michigan. Even FOX 32 said the chaos last night was "unsafe to keep our news crew on the scene." There was even footage of kids jumping on top of a bus.

Elon Musk claims the US government had 'full access' to private Twitter DMs Signs of the Times

Twitter CEO Elon Musk claimed in an interview that the U.S. government has "full access" to users' private direct messages, saying knowing that information blew his mind. In an excerpt of his Fox News interview with host Tucker Carlson, Musk told Carlson that he was shocked to find out about the government's ability to read users' direct messages on his platform. "The degree to which government agencies effectively had full access to everything that was going on on Twitter blew my mind," Musk, who recently founded an artificial intelligence company called X.AI, told Carlson in the interview set to air on Tuesday. "I was not aware of that."

Indiana and Idaho are the latest to join the growing list of American states imposing limits on the freedom to obtain gender reassignment surgery. These laws outright ban or substantially limit the ability of doctors to prescribe drugs like puberty blockers and perform this surgery on youngsters. Opponents of these laws argue they infringe the right of trans people to "gender affirming" care.

IMF New Currency on ECM April 10th Armstrong Economics

COMMENT #1: On April 10th the IMF released UNICOIN, est Voila! Zee beginning of zee end?

Lawrence

COMMENT #2: Marty, the ECM target was way too much. The Pentagon Papers was one thing, but precisely April 10th is when the IMF announced its new currency to dominate the world. Your ECM is just incredible. Why so many things of great importance take place on this model is proof that there is a hidden order behind everything.

TJ

COMMENT #3: Marty, As you know, I was there at your 1987 conference for the Crash which was caused by the G5 manipulation of the currency that began in 1985. That culminated in the collapse of communism and the Japanese crash of 1989. Here we have once again the IMF announcing on the very day of the ECM April 10th, that they are releasing their new currency to replace the dollar. This looks like it will impact the entire world economy and the war you have been warning about post-2024.

I dont know how this model works even to the precise day. It is easy to see why they tried to kill you thinking it was just your opinion and influence. They refuse to consider that perhaps there is something muc...
